Instead he is patient with you, not wanting to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3:9 NIV Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” ROMANS 10:9-11 “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame” “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”” Luke 19:10 God wants us to believe in His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, who died for our sins :D When we truly believe in our hearts that Jesus is the Son of God, who died for our sins so we could have eternal life with God, we are saved, and have life in Jesus Christ 💗 Jesus genuinely loves you, and always waits for you to come to Him 💗

Your steaming hot chicken could be sold in a lined paper bag like we do it here in Germany and other European countries as well...just an idea. Also pretty much all the other stuff could be sold in more environmentally friendly packaging too. Also this video claims to be about healthy food choices....I'm sorry to burst your bubble but this chicken is a far cry from being healthy. For one it's pumped with antibiotics so this poor chicken can survive the horrible conditions it has to suffer long enough to be big enough to get slaughtered. Since anyone who wants to but this only wants to pay the cheapest price the animals are fead crap to keep the costs low since the slaughterhouse, the logistics company and retailer also earn money off of the poor creature you can do your math on how healthy this chicken can be for you to consume it. Greetings from Germany.

Not sure what your specific nutrition goals are but a good way to reduce the cost and food waste would be to swap out the fresh fruits and veg for frozen. Fresh doesn't mean healthier can just check for minimal/ no added sugars. You can also make chicken thighs or boneless skinless chicken breast yourself and do a lot with it. Canned chicken and tuna are really cheap and also good for protein. Greek yogurt is great for protein. I get my store brand ( 79 cents a yogurt and 100 kcal/ 15g protein). I'm also a Dietitian!

I’m not a dietician but most of that cart is sugar and carbs and chemicals - that would be a fail for me

Are you afraid of sugar in fruit? It's a hell of a lot better for you than soda

You lost me at "cheese and processed" lunch meat. How many people are you feeding, just curious.

As a dietition, you should first read the ingredients. Also, it is tooo much carb; not enough protein and fat. Sorry.

I understand your point of view, however the chips, the croissants the indrustrial hummus and cheese string, the yogurt and the other strawberry collation are garbage if your really look at the ingredients. Better do your own hummus, buy real cheese, grec yogurt, make some roasted chick peas at home than those chips, for the croissant, maybe its better to buy them fresh at the local coffee shop once in a while than eat a whole package in one week, again, especially if you look at the ingredient. Better cut some veggies prep some simple salad and wash your fruit so you always have a little something to eat if you are hungry. Also, there is a lot of recent research that show cold meat is bad for health because there is a lot of conservative ingredients and salt in it for the volume of meat you consume with it. So not worth it either. Juste because it is written organic in front of the product doesn’t mean it’s good… compagnie make a lot of effort to please people with their advertising but it is often fake or a diversion. Have you notice they mention in every bag of chip there is no saturated fat in it … of course there is not animal fat its fried in oil….! But it doesn’t mean it is healthier, there is still a lot of salt and fat from the oil. I know my answer is long as f. But the message I tried to send I stop eating process food entirely. Maybe once in a while cheese string or whatever chips and sweet yogurt is good, but it shouldn’t be on a day to day diet. By the way I understand I’m a bit extreme but that how I think and it is okay to not agree with me. Everybody live their live. Just giving my opinion :)

100% agree. The point is she is supposed to be a dietitian, so people assume that her choices are the best but unfortunately they are not!! She is teaching people and this is a big responsibility!!!
