One of the best officers yet! Why can't they all just speak logic to drivers to shame them, it's so easy, & they have nothing to say back. I swear a vast majority of the problems come from people that are just bullies, who hate to be told what to do, but love to tell everyone else exactly what to do.
Yes!!! Freedom truth and order for all people! Much respect from the Netherlands with ❤!!!!!!! 😘

this young cop is having a good time. he finally found something useful to do and he does not even have to follow anyone, break up drunks and people who fight and deal with thieves. they all come to him. he can write tickets, work on his social skills a bit and look good with his bosses all at the same time. what more can he wish for?

@JohnDoe-bd5sz Жыл бұрын
They should straight up just hire actual people to enforce these rules. The problem here is 2 fold 1. Not enough enforcement 2. Fines are obviously not high enough. Raise the fines to something equivalent of maybe 100 USD, and hire 10 people to write tickets. Problem 90% solved in NO TIME flat.

I've literally seen videos from this country where these people KNOW it's a sidewalk but don't care. There was one where the sidewalk wasn't even wide enough for larger vehicles, but people kept using it in rush hour. They had all sorts of excuses as usual, "my kid will be late for his/her exams, I'm late for work, I'll miss my flight, I'm late for court" blah blah blah. Lol. The self entitlement is strong with many of them.

"There should be something posted here that says parking is prohibited!" I believe there is a sign for the opposite effect, a sign that indicates specific areas that are designated parking zones whilst everywhere else is not a parking zone. Their logic seems to make it okay to drive your vehicle through their front door and park it. Just got to say that there is no "No Parking" sign here. See how that makes them feel about their stupid excuse.

This whole parking and driving on sidewalks would be easily remedied if you guys had sidewalks in the US or UK that are far too narrow to drive or park on. That being said it is awesome how much pedestrian walking and cycling paths you have there. If only the selfish people would respect that and not drive or park on them. Keep up the great work! Sending love to you all from Arkansas in the US. ❤

Licensed drivers are supposed to be educated about the Russian road rules at their driving school. Knowing the sidewalk is fundamental driving knowledge and this is supposed to be as basic as knowing all the road signs. The Russian definition of the sidewalk is clear for anybody of any age to understand, you don't even need to study driving to understand what is the meaning of the sidewalk. The featured drivers in this video simply don't care because they've got away with this for most of the lifetime as a driver.
