Britney has social anxiety since her breakdown and all the media circus. That's why she comes off as uncomfortable and cold. She must have been nervous af and just wanted to get out of there. I understand it's bad image for the fans, but please try to understand. I have it too and it's not something that you can just turn off. It's a serious issue that limits you in a lot of aspects in your life. I have a really hard time talking to people I'm not really confident with, even on the phone. Imagine what she must feel in situations like this.

Nah. She wasn't like this when she first started out. She is at a point where she just doesnt care about her career or music or her fans anymore. I think all she thinks about is her family and herself. Which is understandable considering what she has to go through.

I have to disagree. If you look back at interviews of her in 2004 and on she already starting acting very aloof and impersonal with people. I agree with fix that she achieved so much success and she just eventually got over it and started caring more about herself which is understandable.

I think Jenny handled her nerves amazingly, I love Britney and I can sympathise with her anxiety, I just wish she came across a little warmer towards Jenny in this interview but I think she was in a bad place emotionally during this time period, she seems to have loosened up in more recent interviews. :) Jenny, if you ever read this you did very well, you held it together better than some professionals that do this on a regular basis.

The down side of meeting the person you idolize is knowing that you are strangers, and you can't really ask all the questions you really would love to ask, such as - how is she really doing, and just a million questions that I can't even post here - but would want to ask her. :)

You may be right, actually... Britney doesn't have the same spark about her job she had 10 years ago. It feels like she'd like to retire for a while, lead a normal life, raise her kids and just be more private at this point. I guess her management wants to keep her in the business to make more money off her. She's a brand hundreds of people work for and it's not in their interest to let her have a break now. Britney herself admitted in For The Record doc, "there's no passion, co excitement"...
