My bet is on ONF. Now, he never said it was a five member group though, just that he was gonna do five videos. The description fits ONF perfectly too. A tiny maknae (Laun) who hides behind their rapper. From a company with power (WM). Have a rapper who writes his own raps (Wyatt). More famous in korea than internationally. Also, according to comments the song is by B1A4 and they only have one other boygroup in the same company, which is ONF. ONF also only has mini albums, three of them. And they came back recently and don’t even have 400k on their music videos. I don’t know how you guys are still confused about this tbh. Edit: I also realized he said that the same production team does all their albums, which also fits, with Monotree doing every song for ONF’s albums.

I feel really bad for the group :( From what Edward described they seemed really excited and really wanted to collab with Eddie, but because of the jealousy and pride of the A&R team they were robbed of that experience. Not only does a mindset like that rob the group of fun opportunities, but it also undermines the overall goal of expanding their fan base and increasing their popularity.

I really hope that group of boys kicks off and finds some happiness and success. Stories like this, in the music industry and in general, break my heart. I know that there are things I really want to do and to achieve, and it would kill me to have even a little bit of success and opportunity taken away from me by someone else, no matter how hard I tried to obtain it. A collab with Edward would've definitely been good for them, anything would have been good for them if they are in that rough of a spot. Edward is such a great person.
