i related a lot to what you said about the excitement of moving into a new place around when COVID started!! my bf and i moved in together in april 2020 and it just felt so new and cozy. i was SO sad when we moved out that apartment after 3 years of living there and even though i like our current apartment so much better, i still feel sooo nostalgic about that first apartment sometimes

Girl - I know this isn't easy - change never is. However, & even tho money isn't everything....$1,000 less month is HUGE!!! HUGE!!! Think about that - that is moving up - not down!! If owning a home is your goal - if - than think of how much faster you can get to that!! So much better than living beyond your means in something that will never be yours!!!
