You have a great memory for faces. "The actor" Kevin Eldon was indeed the overly French tech support from the IT Crowd. He was also in Brass Eye, and lots of other iconic 90's British comedies. I have no doubt you'll see him a few more times on your journey.
@mrmoran00773 жыл бұрын

According to Alan partridge history, after this he didn't get a second series, had a breakdown, developing a toblerone (chocolate bar) addiction and then drove to Scotland in his bare feet. By series 2, he's sorted himself out (a bit!), is living in a caravan and has written an autobiography called ''Bouncing Back" - even though he hasn't bounced back really. Series 2 isn't quite as good as 1, but hilarious in places. I'd recommend it.
I never watched any Alan Partridge before seeing them on your channel. Always heard about them but never bothered to check them out. They are a treat.

I'm very glad you have been watching Alan Patridge- it's a unique British comedy. You're right about the actor being the French IT guy in the IT Crowd, he's been in quite a few "out there" comedies such as Chris Morris's "Jam" and worked with Bill Bailey, too. In "Towering Alan" - I love the fact that we never see what's in the drawer- it's great that it's left to your imagination, that's rare in TV.
