Hello, I really enjoyed your story especially it's unusual topic about innuit and folklore. If I may offer some very small critique: SPOILERS When mc got stabbed, I think it would add realism if her frostbitten limbs and digits couldn't work properly anymore, for example walking stiff, scalpel being stuck in her frozen first etc. Another thing that stood out to me was twice I felt.like there was a contradiction regarding the weather, somebody mentions their screams/words being lost to the howling wind and next sentence her severed finger makes a thud in the silent air. I'm ESL so maybe I misunderstood something tho. Again those are just minor things and I really enjoyed the story.
