I could literally read a whole book series about this. I can imagine an ex-evaluation-officer turning on the system and hunting monsters, feeding information to humans so that they have a chance to fight back. It could change perspectives, mainly focusing on the agency/system/whatever-it-is, switching to that of human fighters every few chapters until the evaluation officer realizes "They know the rules." And the first book ends shortly after, with the following books continuing on with the conflict.

Never thought there was an organization associated with overseeing the rules tied to monsters. I' don't think there was a leak. The rules the examiner and examinee didn't know were rules that humans figured out from past encounters with the entity or other members of its kind.

It's nice that there are good writers out there that make cursed rules. The amateur writers just get this odd knack that the bizarre bullshit that they write is good, and often resort to making a shitty cursed rules story, like the one about the "after school night shift" with a monster named Max and blood rain 🙄
