If Toland is straight up in the cube encounter then you can really do either light or dark motes

Some tips for cube room, which helped me make it into the easiest part of the dungeon. 1.) knights don't spawn unless hobgoblins are killed, and vice versa: Kill Hobgoblins AFTER you murder them annoying acolytes. Then leave the hobgoblins up so you don't get your ass beat by fresh knights. 2.) Anytime toland is up top, go for motes that are easiest for the room you're in, since you actually have some choice for which side you need to go to. The symbols on the middle cube only show up when you reach toland, so don't think you're doing something wrong by going to any side when he's up top.

For #2, I thought you had to dunk on the side with either 1 symbol or no symbol, when Toland is up top? I'm pretty sure you don't get your choice of spot.

@@hhaste Nope, the symbol ONLY shows up on a side with toland, meaning the fight lasts until you've gotten toland on each side. Toland's up top, meaning you have to flip the room twice. When Toland orb is on the ceiling, where you dunk makes no difference.

When Toland goes to the middle u have to look at the middle square n 1 side wont have a symbol, it's that side. So I heard n has worked for me so far

In the cube encounter when you dunk on one of the platforms(light or dark) it rotates the cube that direction. So when toland is straight above you just have to turn the cube twice

nKuch up-top means you do any (light or dark) my guy. You pretty much have to flip the room twice xD You do any and once the room flips, you can get the correct one to Toland.

Which glowing beam you dunk on determines which side of the cube you get teleported to next, so when toland is on the ceiling you have to go through two sides of the cube to get to him, so the first one you do doesnt matter

i got hive, fallen, and taken barrier for 40% total defense against taken hive, and taken fallen along with fallen, hive, and taken armaments. my run will be a cake walk lol let alone taken spec is 20% damage increase, i'll use oppressive darkness for easy 2 phase on the boss

It is harder. I just tried all the to the boss on console pretty easy but the snipers flinch you too much and you cant hit them from so far away with recluse/mountaintop so easy like pc. Its deffo durable but deffo harder

I keep jumping off the cliff at boss or dying to invisible walls by throwing Nova bomb and blowing myself up. Also I think pit of heresy is the easiest solo flawless dungeon. I have a solo flawless shattered throne which was super hard, and 5 solo flawless pits. The last 4 were just me having no one to play with, so they were all first tries. Prophecy is super painful even with resist mods, taken barrier. (I haven't tried riskrunner). I'm at 1063 ish light. Prophecy is harder in my opinion because there's nowhere to hide. In pit of heresy, there are plenty of places to hide except for the hardest encounter, totem. That's why it's the hardest imo. I will say though, you die in pit to stupid stuff a lot more. Kill walls, ogre stomps, cursed thrall, ogres toggling aimbot for 2 seconds, falling off the cliff, hitting the ground too hard, hitting a spikey dough roller, getting booped by the lanterns, getting killed by ogres after you reach totem encounter while changing gear, getting burned to crisp by the boss, etc. In prophecy, you get no time to rest in the encounters. In pit, you can take your time more often.

Naah I think both have 1 very difficult encounter. Pit has the Totems Prophecy the final boss It's just that if you die at Totems it isn't that sad or depressing because that's halfway through the Dungeon instead of the final boss with Prophecy
