Hi. I'm not sure about your country but here in the U.S. we have to follow local building codes. I've Been into construction for many years and building a house is not hard as long as you have blueprints of the building plan. It is not like building a shelter out in the woods, building a house needs planning and data "Blueprint" to follow. Have fun!!
