Hi Everyone, this is Bonnie's husband Travis. Your words are so encouraging to her and I appreciate them so much for what they do for her. Keep them coming! I hope you all know that what you see in her videos is not a persona. She is just as kind and empathetic in real life as she in on her videos. Bonnie is as good as they come. We appreciate all of your support, your clicks, your comments, and anything else you have done to support her. Thank you!!!

Hi, I am a board certified psychiatrist. I love your channel! It soothes my own ADHD and OCD. I treat several clients with both ADHD and autism. Depression, anxiety and Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria are common symptoms correlated with ADHD. It appears to me, *without a formal interview,* that this is a very normal response given your diagnosis and the amount of stress you put on yourself. There is treatment available through therapy. There are a handful of meds that may be helpful as well You need a mental break. You have a kind heart. You don’t have to do everything and it is ok to slow down and just breathe. Feel free to reach out to me if you need support

Sue Wolfe- You have a kind heart Bonnie, and that's OK. Imagine that you have a giving pot. That pot contains all the care, energy, concern, and thoughts you can give to someone else. It's finite, and when that pot is empty, you have to fill it back up, so you can use it again. That's how you need to Imagine yourself. You have a finite amount that you can give to others and then you need to recognize that it's time to stop giving because you need that pot refilled. It's OK to do that for yourself, Bonnie. Others will need to respect that this is what you need to do. I hope this makes sense to you. Take it from someone who has been in your shoes! 👍🙃❤️❤️❤️

Start a GOFUNDME and we send Bonnie on vacation! I know that isn't the solution, but it might help her to restore Energy to a Point where life feels "bearable" (?) again and then the brain chills a bit. That's at least what I'm doing right now. I booked a Trip to Romeo. The first days were an exhausting mixture: crying, i wanna Go home, i Love Rome I wanna move Here - switching Like every 10 minutes. But after a couple of days (where I forced myself to do nice Things Here!!) my mood got calmer and steadier and I was able to feel myself/my wishes again. So this ist good!! Sorry for the Blabla but this really touches me. Bonnie, all the best for you. You will geht Out of there!!!! Have confidence, Things will get better!! Sending Lots of Love ❤

My Dearest Bonbon, I'm sorry to have to tell you that your condition is incurable. I've officially diagnosed you with being human, secondary diagnosis of being a Super Mom with traits of Autism, presumptive ADHD, definitive empathetic behaviors, and an overwhelming sense of compassion. Lucky for you, it's treatable with self care (including a trip to your friendly PCP and therapist). Ever flown on a plane? Ever actually listened to the preflight instructions regarding what to do if the oxygen masks drop down? Yeah, you know where this is going. Secure your own mask before assisting others. We love you. So does Tish, Cami, and all your friends and family. But do we expect you to wear yourself down until you're no good to anyone, including yourself? Uh, no. And we respectfully request that you do not. Why do I make long silly comments for your videos? To help your algorithm. Do I do that to every channel I watch? Nope. Only yours, because that's my tiny way of helping you. I hope others read, like, comment also. So, if anyone got this far, please comment, like, share, and become a member. We love you!

AuDHD here, a moose mentioned you were struggling and I thought I'd try to add a thumbs up of encouragement so I came to your channel to see your video- you are not going crazy. Yes, your brain is at war over the need for structure and the inability to create and/or maintain it. Yes, you can manage to juggle an unrealistic number of tasks FANTASTICALLY, right up to the point you can't and you never know when that point will smack you in the face. Yes, you can be super empathetic and not be super affectionate at the same time and that is perfectly fine. Yes, it does eats at you. I feel as if you are me and I'm seeing myself in the mirror. You're not broken, I call it being neuro-spicy and your mental well being may be similar to a recipe. You need to find a balance that suits YOU in life, and it'll look different from others. If you hit one area of your life hard and heavy you end up with something that's hard to tolerate and overwhelms the other flavors of your life. I found that talking things through with a therapist was really beneficial. Hearing my thoughts out loud and having someone trained to listen and ask really insightful questions back helped tremendously. Taking care of my physical and mental well-being meant setting firm boundaries, and that is super hard to do when you're driven to help others. A really wise lady I once worked with would remind me daily that I can't take care of everyone else if I refuse to take care of myself. She's right. I'm sending you lots of love, my fellow Brain. Life is a marathon, not a sprint; if you push yourself too hard at a go, you won't have the reserves needed for the long haul. Reduce your speed bit by bit until you feel a comfortably challenging stride in your daily life. Adjust as needed. You've got this, you've got superpowers that can help you overcome your kryptonite- when others say to think out of the box, ADHDers tend to not recognize there is a box we should be aware of. Add ASD into the mix and magic can happen. Whatever you choose to do, make the choice that is the best for you and your family and remember this: everything will be ok, even if we don't know what ok looks like right now. Get evaluated if you feel you need the peace of mind that may come come with it. Wishing you peace from Vermont.

❤❤❤Hi, Bonnie! Mac (MMC) mentioned burnout. I want you to know that you are a wonderful, gracious, empathetic woman with extraordinary patience & perseverance! You have helped so many people! Both viewers and recipients. I encourage you to take some serious retreat time when done with collaboration with Mac. New scenery for a week, sleep in, enjoy wiggling your feet in grass with your husband! Forget about editing, computers, comments, social media. If it’s important family stuff, your hubby has phone contact devices. You are precious and God loves you, as do I. I worked in home health care for 30 years. My clients were never an issue…it was family. I finally took 5 days off from it all, spending time with wonderful, understanding, enthusiastic people, in a different state and relished every bit of it! “The flame of a passion needs to be tended carefully in windy weather” (my grandma said). Our world right now is a very cyclonic windy place! Take care, we love and care about you. Let everyone know you are taking a break, specify time you’ll be back, leave “Comments” off! 🤣🤣🤣❤❤❤

♥ It is always worth getting tested if you have these suspicions. But as a 48 year old woman seeing that you are 46 I would like to also urge you to look into perimenopause symptoms. We autistics can get very VERY overwhelmed in different ways with these hormonal changes and the symptoms are definitely not limited to what you might expect and can most certainly creep up on you in ways that leave you unaware it's perimenopause at all. In any case, go see your GP and take care 🫂 I wish you the very best.

Someone told me “do what you can. What you can’t do let it go”. I am 72. You are a very intelligent hard working empathetic young woman. But you can’t do it all. No one can. Growing up I was told I was too sensitive and to not take things so seriously. I thought I was defective until one day in my late teens my pastor did a sermon on sensitivity and spoke about how his wife cried at hallmark commercials and pictures of. puppies. He admired that in her and how it was an example of Christ”s love for us. Since that day I’ve never considered myself too sensitive or too serious! And also have had a therapist throughout the years to navigate my way through it. Bonnie you and your sensitivity as a giving person are a gift ❤️

Sweet Bonnie - you're burned out and completely exhausted with trying to do all the things. I completely understand where you're coming from because I tend to want to help everyone, too. Here are a few suggestions that you may not have thought of. 1. Decluttering/Cleaning huge projects is physically and mentally exhausting. I've noticed that your projects have gotten bigger and more complex. Maybe you can stretch out the project over several episodes and break it down to smaller sections of the room. 2. I've noticed that even Aurikaterina has broken down her cleanings into multi episodes. A few years ago, she would show an entire home being cleaned in one video but now she shows only the kitchen one week, then only the bathroom the next week, and so on. And she's doing tiny apartments. You're doing large homes with thousands of square feet and massive hoards with outdoor spaces, too. It's way too much for one person to tackle. 3. Schedule everything on a calendar - days to clean, days of rest, days for family time, days for video editing, etc. Back to Aurikaterina - I've heard her say that she has cleanings booked months out. I've also heard her say that she only cleans 2-3 days a week and leaves time for rest and family time. I think she was burning out, too, and created a schedule to help her not get burned out. That voice inside of you that says you can do it all is a mean taskmaster. Tell that voice to go take a flying leap because you're not going to allow it to beat you up anymore. 4. Seek corporate sponsorships to help even out the ups and downs of YT income. I don't mind watching a few product plugs in videos. Clean with Barbie does it a lot and sometimes she shows products that I can't live without. 5. Do not leave a comment on my comment. You don't even have to leave a heart. 🥰

My shrink also tells me that I’m an Empath. I feel other people’s pain. I absorb their pain. I feel I NEED to help them with their pain. I also run a cat rescue, work from home full time, volunteer at a veterinary clinic 2 days a week, run a volunteer beautification group for my city, and I’m in charge of decorating my city for Christmas every year! 😅 Oh, and I’m a single mom. 😂 We run ourselves into the ground. I sleep 3 hours a day. I’m late for my annual mammogram, and have needed to see a dentist for almost a year. BUT …. I make sure I have at least an hour each week for mental health. I talk to my therapist on the phone every other week, and the off weeks I go sit at the park with my phone turned off and drink a nice fancy coffee. ~Find yourself a therapist. ~Go have your hormone levels checked. ~Cry when you need to. ~Give yourself an hour each week to unplug and do nothing. I truly love your heart Bonnie. You’ll get through this. Remember to be kind to yourself. ❤️❤️❤️

She told me that when we keep filling other people’s “buckets” and our buckets are not being filled. We have to take time for ourselves do something we enjoy, take a day or two just for ourselves so we can replenish that bucket. Take a few days for you. It is OK for "A Beautiful Mess" to be a TEAM. Keep the tasks you love and delegate other tasks to people who love those tasks. There are lots of people out there who would love to join your labour of love. Free cleaning can be a godsend to those in NEED. Together you could totally change lives in a positive way without stressing your life. Someone else could do the nasty moderating. You do not have thick skin. Instead of growing some, put a request out for someone willing to help in that area. While one person may love folding clothes, another might enjoy blocking trolls. Another could do video editing. Another could look for people who need your help. Delegate. Keep your sanity, the joy, and the beauty of the parts of this charitable work you love. Maybe, it takes a village to help a neighbour. So be it. I think there has been people wanting to help all along. Let them.

Bonnie Mack (MMC) just posted a video explaining in detail (as only Mack can do). We love and appreciate you. (Hugs) I've already shared this with Mack, so I am gonna share it with you. I spent 4 years coming home from work, melting into my recliner. I would fix dinner and tidy up but other than that I was in my recliner. I was browsing on KZbin and was looking for cleaning inspiration. I found You, Mack and Dana K White. My house isn't perfect however it is better. I put one of you on when I clean. I don't go to bed with dirty dishes anymore. If you can't keep going I understand but you are helping so many people just like me. I truly appreciate you.

Bonnie I have just watched Mack’s latest video and he asked us all to hop over to you and tell you what we like about your channel. So here goes… I am completely in awe of you all that do these free cleanings for those in desperate need, but your channel is particularly special because you often have the resident with you so it allow us to connect and understand their story so well. And that in turn promotes empathy and ultimately educates us mere mortals in the crippling disorders that lead to these situations. I also love that you often go back to a residence a few times and bring us on a journey with you. But most of all your unbelievable generosity to do this at all. Oh and by the way, I love your tips on folding… I have completely rearranged and re folded all my towels and bedding according to your teachings!! Take as much time as you need, you and your family are far more important than us. Sending you as much love as can possibly be sent ❤❤❤❤❤.

Bonnie is a BRIGHT LIGHT on KZbin! I'm glad her husband posted and said such sweet things about how real she is. It comes through the filming. I think her jokes are cute. They show how real she is. She looks at a house and gets to work. She and Barbie are much alike in their empathy. She goes the next step to friendliness that seems to have led to friendship. She is so relatable. I was diagnosed with combined ADHD at 41, this year and has been on medication for almost 2 months now and it has been a game changer. I also helped overwhelmed young mamas to organize their spaces, although my KZbin content is more towards tips on how to get organized. I also now the feeling of being overly empathetic but learning more about my ADHD, changing my routines and a little help from medication has made a big difference. Hi Bonnie, I'm new here, came over from Mac's channel. I'm AuDHD, technically self-diagnosed with the ASD (but validated by the neuropsych who did my daughter's evaluation). ADHD medication really helped me get more organized. I have cPTSD and a whackload of chronic illnesses, so that may skew things, but just take what is useful to you. The number one thing that kept me from burnout until now was boundaries. Knowing my limits, drawing boundaries to keep me within those limits, and then holding on to those boundaries even if it hurt. I had to leave some friendships that were just friends trauma dumping on me, never reciprocating, and re-dumping the old stuff plus new stuff. If KZbin is not fun anymore and the financial stress is overwhelming (and not giving you the space you need to recover), but you still really want to help people, maybe it has to go back to being a side thing, at least for a while. If you have a way of taking care of the financial stress that isn't going to burn you even deeper, take it. It doesn't mean quitting KZbin altogether, just dropping it down to a place where it's not fuelling the hamster wheel of intrusive thoughts (I have those, they are unmitigated hell, I don't want that for you--or anyone!). I've also found that it can be much harder to draw necessary boundaries with families--that's why I'm currently burned out. They're good people, you love them, they have needs, Mom-guilt is real, but none of that changes the fact that you still need boundaries to protect yourself, because it is so much easier to pour everything you have, and more, into your family because they are so close, so loved, and need you. Maybe remember that they need you for the marathon of life, not just sprints right now. In terms of organization, lists, whiteboards, corkboards to pin the lists, hell, tape them to a wall, because it is easier to remember when you have reminders right in front of you. I know a lot of folks use their phones/whatever electronic devices to do that, and if that works for you, awesome, but I find that having a physical piece of paper right in front of me helps. That's it for easy to communicate things I can think of. Hope some of this helps.

It absolutely helps. Thank you! I am getting better and better with boundaries and being more direct about my needs. Some of those boundaries have been crossed, though I know not intentionally and it is a work in progress and getting better, but still, if the boundaries can't be respected, I will need to be done to save my own sanity.

It is more difficult as women to get diagnosed with ADHD. I was in my 30s before I was diagnosed. My advice, if you have a therapist or a psychiatrist/psychologist ( i forget which one can prescribe meds) talk to them about the possibility of ADHD or alternatively if you have a good PCP that you have a really good relationship with talk to them. I don't have autism, but with ADHD the way I describe it was its like picture a room with filing cabinets and all the files are just flying around constantly and things just kinda randomly float across your vision....once your medicated its like all the flying around files suddenly like float down in an orderly fashion into their place into the filing cabinets. Dude, as an ADHD person, you totally do have ADHD. You sounds just like me lol. I swear if you read through this paragraph you can totally tell which part of the video I'm in when I wrote it, but I'm sure to a neurotypical person it looks like nonsense. KZbin is hard work. Especially dealing with the populous side of it. The internet people can be so hot/cold and finding the boundary is not easy. To be honest I've had folks tell me I should start a channel talking about my animal keeping/education but the people part of it is what scares me. I'm a 40yr old, overweight, non-attractive woman with poor mental health. There is no way I'd survive the bs that would happen. Anyway we're here for you. Please reach out if you ever just want to get it out and if I can help in anyway I'm totally here for you.

Thru my experiences I have learned that there are seasons in my life where I need to focus heavier on self care. Burn out is real! Self care looks different for different people and that’s ok- it doesn’t make us wrong or dysfunctional because we need it. During these times it’s necessary to create bigger boundaries, ask for time to think about making any commitments and saying No when bitterness, frustration, feelings of obligation, and/or mental, physical, emotional fatigue arises. You are valuable Bonnie! Your worth is not reliant upon what you do for others. It’s hard to ask for help AND it’s ok to ask. You are not selfish or uncaring if you take on the projects that give you joy and income and let go of the ones that overwhelm and trigger you. ❤️

I get you... i was caregiver for the past 10 years and I treated my senior clients as family. 5 clients + 10 years = burn out; so much effort in making others safe and happy and in the end they all pass over. My therapist at the time told me I need to care as good of care of myself as I do for others. Another therapist taught me we cannot pour from an empty cup. I was like yeah yeah yeah... it took time, but I began practicing putting myself first. We are the only ones who can take care of ourselves, and it's difficult at first, especially placing boundaries, but it comes with practice; recognizing the moments when we are not taking good care of ourselves, then treating ourselves the best we can. Now 53 years old, I was diagnosed at age 51 with ADHD and that understanding helped me catch myself when I'm stretching myself thin; it's so easy for me to take care of others, but doing it for myself has been difficult. I can go-go-go for others, then I shut down/crash, leaving no energy for myself; it's so hard to live with ourselves when we are going through the depression/anxiety that comes with the crash. I remind myself all my time This is Temporary, Everything is temporary and I'll get through it... I've gone through worse and got through it, so I will get through this too. Catching intrusive thoughts, I tell myself NO, I'm in control, as our minds can be our worst enemy. Please love and care for yourself as you do others... you are number 1 in your life so You take good care of You

Getting a diagnosis will give you some clarity. Having a good talk therapist is worth its weight in gold!! You may have to try a few before you find the right one. But it is worth it! if you need to medicate to help with some symptoms, it is not something to feel shame over. If your body/mind needs help to regulate , then be compassionate with yourself. In a book titled, "12 Rules for Life", by Doctor Jordan Peterson, it says, "treat yourself like someone you are responsible for helping." Books by Joe Dispenza will clarify the stress=creative body revolt for you (maybe get loving husband to read one.. Try "Becoming Supernatural" get it from the library, read first 3 chapters). I saw a video from Midwest Magic Cleaning recently where he mentioned collaboration between his channel and 2 others is going to happen for awhile.. being necessary for the mental health of all 3. I hope you're part of that collaboration.. Stress creates a vicious cycle. You need to create new coping mechanisms so you preserve and maintain some inner peace. You cannot give until you collapse and still keep trying to give. Your body WILL be creative and SHUT YOU DOWN. Please! Do not go there.. I would recommend finding someone else to edit your videos going forward. Also, NOBODY out here expects you to answer all the comments! I think I can speak for the majority who watch your channel in that we make comments to provide feedback. But in all honestly, most would be happy with a simple emoticon. A picture says a thousand words. And THAT, only if you felt a genuine response to the comment! You cannot be a people pleaser to thousands of viewers, and we don't need you to be, nor do we want you to be - if it is draining your life force! As a final word, I would suggest maybe taking a part time job and doing collaboration videos for 6 months to give your mind and body a break. This was a passion of yours which became a job which then reduced its fun level.. You need to delegate some of the channel work (editing) and find a sweet spot where it's fun again.

You have to protect your empathetic energy by resetting, reevaluating, and setting firm boundaries so you can focus on your family, because it sounds like they are your #1 priority. You have worked so hard to make this channel successful. Therapy and medication might help you to develop ways to recognize when and how to get through, the times you feel yourself crashing. I hear you and see you Bonnie. Please do whatever you need to do so you can live your best life. ❤

Im so sorry you're going through this, Bonnie. Everyone has self-confidence issues, even the most seemingly confident people. What you're doing is truly great and has such a positive impact on the folks you help directly as well as us watching. Do whatever you need to do to get back to a happy place and we'll be here for you. Absolutely no need to reply! 😀

Bonnie, honey, from far away I am holding you. All you have to do right now is breathe. Just breathe. As you described yourself I saw myself 2 months ago at my job. Like exactly the same. In a panic mode, thoughts racing, trying to find the way out, trying to find the solution right now. A wonderful lady helped me through ‘the storm’ as she called it plus a very complex underlying set of issues. As a result, I have people pleasing tendencies. Do it all, save everyone, or do nothing. I understand that mindset. Right now just breathe. Give yourself grace. You are safe, you are loved, you are enough. Just breathe. This storm will pass, right now just breathe.

I think you, and channels like yours, are amazing! You see piles and piles of chaos that are eating people alive, and you help them. You tame the chaos monsters, even if only for a little while, and people's lives are better for it. I know sometimes the bad voices are louder than the good ones, but just try and remember, the good ones are still there, and we love you ❤

You know how when you go on an aeroplane and they give you the safety lecture, when they talk about the oxygen masks they tell you to put yours on first before going to help others, because if you pass out you're not going to be helping anyone. Put your mask first Bonnie.

You've given so much of yourself. I know you enjoy helping others, and I know in some ways it helps to keep moving. Sometimes, it's when you want to move the most that you actually need to do the opposite the most. Do something easy or just go in nature, whatever low key thing helps you to relax. The amount of work / help that has processed through your brain has been so much. There will always be people that need help, but there comes a time when you have to say no, and that is so hard. Boundaries are hard to set and harder to keep, but so worth it in the end. Being burned out is a message from your body and it will ramp it up until you "hear" it.

I've been watching so many of your videos after recently discovering your channel. I find myself relating so much to the things you say. The bright room light really hit home for me as I love being able to clearly see what I'm doing. I've loved organizing things since I was toddler. Your videos are so satisfying to watch, especially the really tough jobs like Mira's scrapbooking room. I get the exhaustion though. It's so difficult to be empathetic and listen to others for hours/days. It's so much to process. We could all benefit from taking some time for rest and a mental reset. It's hard to take that time when we want to do so many things. I try to look at mental health like physical health; if you push through when you are sick, you are just going to be sick longer and less productive in the long run. Thank you for sharing all your amazing transformation videos and you're doing a wonderful job!

Dear Bonnie, someone has to copy what you do here. I couldn't do that. I couldn't deal with the negative comments. I'm like you: 99 positive feedbacks and 1 negative one... and the negative one sticks and drags me down more and more. If You Tube doesn't make you happy and stresses you out so much, stop. You are the most important person here. I love love love love your voice over, I love your videos and I like you a lot. You're doing an important job, but no job is worth keeping if it's going to break you. Seeing you cry tears my heart apart, please look at you, take time for yourself. I hug you.❤❤❤❤

Aw Bonnie, it's okay to not be okay ❤ take care of yourself first and foremost, if you need a break then we'll all be here if/when you feel ready. I believe that I have adhd (undiagnosed) and often take on sooo much and then burn out too, I'm the same with being unaffectionate but empathetic! I'm sorry that a (possibly unintentional) negative comment has upset you, I know it's hard to read the comments sometimes. If you want to email me, we could maybe zoom call or something as I'd love to help you if I can. This video is so raw, we ❤ you x Edited to add: I just finished watching the bit at the end and honestly felt like you were describing myself! You're not alone ❤ x

Hi sweet Bonnie! First, you are not alone. I was diagnosed with severe ADHD about 8 years ago, and I’m so grateful, because it changed my life. I am medicated, and it takes a long time to decide which medicine and how it is titrated with my other medicines to get to a therapeutic level, but I’m there now. I still struggle, of course, but coping mechanisms, accommodations, plus the medication and education about ADHD have helped more than I can say. I’ve been through two years of life coaching (amazing experience!) and counseling, because it affects executive functioning and relationships and work life. I struggle with many of the things you mentioned, and, specifically the brain that’s never quiet and most often awkward when I’m among others. The medication provides the stimulant to slowwwwww your brain down so that you can think straight. I remember thinking, how can my friends/family not have racing thoughts all the time? After medication, I was astonished that I can sit and be still and quiet and complete a task or project without much squirrel business. I’m disorganized, time blind, and highly sensitive, especially to rejection. This is very IMPORTANT-your racing thoughts and thoughts that make you think you are losing your mind/crazy-are very typical of OCD and ADHD!! You are NOT crazy. I can tell by watching your videos that you struggle with many of the things I do, including self-esteem. There is a stigma with women and ADHD that doesn’t help matters. I am lucky that my family doctor specializes in ADHD so I see him for that plus all of my medications and regular checkups. I have so much more to tell you, but here are two resources that will help immensely and are trustworthy: ADDitudemag.com-a plethora of online education for patients, families, teachers, and doctors (I’m certified in special education for EC-12th grade); I’m always learning something new. ALSO, take a break, put your headphones on, and stream Mel Robbins’ podcast on KZbin or wherever you like to listen. She will change your life in an hour! She has ADHD too, and there are some episodes she’s consulting with experts in the field. Many of her podcasts are highly relatable to particular ADHD struggles. I know we’ve never met, but I love your channel, and wish you would fly to Dallas so I can hug your neck and take you for coffee! Bring your husband to visit old stomping grounds. You are going to be just fine. I promise. Take the time you need and I’m sure we will all be here when you get back.❤️ XO Birdie

I just found your channel today so I can tell you EXACTLY what my first impressions were: - You are stunningly kind hearted and genuine. - You are funny and silly in such an uplifting way. I've giggled my way through every video I've seen so far (besides this one ofc.) - You have grace in how you approach other's messes, both physical and mental. - You are a wonderful and GOOD person. My heart aches for you. I'm also Autistic/ presumed AuDHD and I have fully been in the state you are currently in. I don't know anything to say that could help but please know that I am out here rooting for you ♥ Thank you for being YOU, not just for the things you do for other people. Your genuine nature is needed in this world. Take all the time you need, friend.

Oh Bonnie - prayers are flowing for you. You work so hard, and take it home with you in your car and your heart and your head. I don't know why people feel they can be mean or judgmental or even offer advice for improvement when you are out there helping people, videoing it, making all of us aware of the trauma that people face. You are fantastic and I love watching you. My heart breaks for you. As a spouse and mother of ADHD, I know that neat and tidy help so much - and that you just get exhausted because your brain and body work harder than most other people. It sounds like your husband loves and cares for you very much. Lean on those around you honey and know of my prayers for you.
