[ BBQ Chicken Cube ]
--------------------- INGREDIENTS ---------------------
🍳 2 Chicken Breast
🍳 10g Ginger
🍳 10g Spring Onion Whites
🍳 1/2 Tsp White Pepper
🍳 1 Tbsp Shao Xing Cooking Wine
🍳 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
🍳 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
🍳 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
🍳 2 Tbsp Chinese Style BBQ Seasoning Powder
🍳 1 Egg White
--------------------- INSTRUCTIONS -------------------
1. Cut chicken breast into cube size
2. Marinate chicken breast with the listed ingredients for at least 20 minutes
3. Remove the spring onion whites and ginger after marinating
4.Heat oil on pan
5. Sautee the chicken cubes
6. Add the bbq seasoning powder when the chicken cube is cooked, mix well.
