American Black Metal bands shouldn't write lyrics about the ancient and withstanding sentinels of the American forests and what once stood. Most denizens of this land don't truly hold a connection to its wilderness like the lands real honest natives. THIS! This is the West's depression. Driving towards the mundane and getting an honest to goodness flicker of life and hope. Nothing resonates more in the American---'Us' than the absolute mundane. I don't speak on this with judgement however you may have toned my comment. I truly know this feeling. A march through endless time to find the smallest of things truly feels worth it in our eyes. Brazenly so. There is quiet in the ordinary.

@ The valley of despair no doubt. My preferred combo is six double cheese burgers (two extra for the next day, it is a long drive after all), large French fries, a large cola or the thematic equivalent of two RC colas for the best price. If the drive through girl is pleasant enough (and she is) I will ask for Mac sauce on the double cheeseburgers. Thus, the combotic cycle continues… COMBOS!!!!
