I called it a "tweak" when my knee did that. Pain is so similar to when my ACL first popped, it's very scary when it happens. Over 3 years since my original incident, nearly one month post op (Nov 4th!). good luck in the rehab process. I know you'll crush it. So far the worst part for me is the dreaded "starting over" mentality. But already a few weeks of rehab behind me, every day adds a brick to my walk.

I’m chasing getting my ACL fixed now too, it’s buckled more and more this year and while I’m carrying my little girl too, it’s very scary sometimes that I could hurt her just because the army never fixed it properly.

Hello sir! Even i had a minor ACL TEAR on my left knee almost 9months back, i have been also following u on instagram from past months, it helped me a lot! After almost 6months of rehab i can move strongly! I play cricket and i am fast bowler and fast bowling always puts pressure on the knee. So is it good if i continue the sport with strong quads and hams with minor ACL TEAR?

I’m actually in the same position, I waited 7 years I’m getting surgery on Friday and I’m really nervous cause I can run jump have good movement. Im just afraid I won’t be able to do all Of that anymore. Any tips how to calm the nerves. I set my mind that I’m not gonna rest for four weeks I’m going straight back to work on Monday and hopefully push my self to start walking.

Hey! what's your opinion on peronous tendon graft?
@deenial2183 жыл бұрын
What procedure did you end up getting I am on ACL number two on second leg and have found ur videos very interesting from your perspective. I ask on what graft you chose due to ur ability to tolerate pain early as I have struggled with both of mine with early healing and ability to weight bare. I got th quad tendon graft which I know is painful but seems like I'm much behind ur timelines

hello when I saw this video, I am very happy. It would be good if you share your steps and experiences with us. I am also a physical therapist and would love to benefit from your experience. It would be very good for us colleagues who follow you from other countries if only subtitles and spoken language are plain and easier. Thank you in advance.

Good luck Wesley! I’ve been living with a full ACL tear in my L knee for over 10 years...after having the ACLR a couple years before. I’ve been thinking about having mine done again...this news helps inspire me to make that decision.
