i have a question , when i run my acl leg feels really tired and stiffens up after 5 mins of running . Background history my acl was 5 years ago the surgey 3 years ago . My strength is currently 1.5x my bodyweight . what can I do

What are your calf, hamstring and quad capacity scores like?

@@integratesports I would need to see a physio to test it as I am unsure how to check by my self but I would say I pass the strength test on the ACL REHAB Melbourne guide and according to the guide I should be back to plyometrics and change of direction
