Blessings to you. You’re a healer and a human. These two can exist at the same time. Blessings to all of our patients who experience the highs and lows of the healing journey. It could have happened the next time he sneezed. It just so happened to be while he was under your care. That doesn’t mean you took a healthy tissue and injured it. You were treating an unhealthy tissue and that involves risk. Bless you for your bravery in helping those who have been unable to find relief elsewhere.

That’s sucks. Good for you for showing. Patients who agree to have a body worked on take a risk and they know and hope they can push accountability off themselves onto the person who tried to help them. At the end of the day they need to be accountable for there own body and choice to risk allowing someone else to do anything to it that the repercussions are one them. If you commit a crime that’s on you but if all you did was your job then that’s on them or they can sue the entire medical industry to change. At the end of the day prepare yourself for court don’t settle out of court outside of what you already offered which was very reasonable and a judge will agree. This is let of business and you will be fine. Just always have the correct paperwork and protocol to make sure you do what you can within reason for the business. And remember they aren’t suing you personally it’s your business don’t take it too hard although I understand and agree why it’s tough right now.

Hey Chris, just a friendly reminder. With this work you are helping potentially thousands of persona in the long game. Friendly reminder Chris. I also practice as a manual therapist and have my head absolutely flooded with examples of surgeries that made things worse or were not necessary at all. We are surgeons with an unheard of success rate. Let it be a reminder of attention to detail, and also a reminder that this work gets miraculous results, but there is no miracle behind the amount of effort and dedication it takes to be decent at it. For me its a reminder of how delicate the body is, this is serious work with serious results. Godspeed

Being forthcoming is honesty and integrity. I worked at a personal injury law office. You absolutely need your own legal representative, your own attorney. Its essentially an insuranse claim that will settle. Take a short vacation to decompress, like a staycation, get a massage. Go feed a cat, and make the kitty purr because that is medicine for your soul. I'm serious, I mean a real feline, they are the meaning of life, ESA, emotional support animal. I have been practicing self massage lately, and its a long process to undo years of overuse as a former athlete. If you have patiens sign a waiver or a mediation clause, you can minimize insuranse claims. I'm not sure what NJ laws are. You could incoporate in a more business friendly state.

Medical work is not an absolute, any patient knows that.. and that's the risk they take when enlisting professionals to do work on them .I'm sure the lawsuit is not warranted but that's going to happen now when you have social media presence.. Interesting: (1) LOTS of "I" statements (2) speaking in the third person (3) over 75% of this video is NOT about the patient YOU injured (4) at no point did you use the words, "I'm sorry I..." Also, (1) why would this patient, who you obviously injured, come back to the person who injured them? You seem puzzeled by this (a clear tell in the eyes and eyebrows), which is quite odd. (2) It's obvious you're trying to get in front of this lawsuit, making yourself out to be this person with "character of integrity" all while collecting positive statements for the public. It's literally the OLDEST trick in the book, but it's so effective because so many take the bait that it's challenging to prove. On personal note: I was a viewer who was considering making an appointment to utilize your services. I'm no longer interested: not because you injured someone (mistakes do happen, because no one is perfect), but because this video is so full of self that it shows your inability to actually display what you claim to be about -- integrity.

I have to say that this is very iffy for me as well. I was waiting for the full apology and for the explanation of what fully happened. How he was going to fix it in a way that best suited the patient. After 8 minutes of having "impeccable character" I had to move on. I was thinking of getting his services, but I don't think so now. This may not be a red flag... more of a yellow to orange flag. Kind of disturbing this video, even if mildly. "Oh so I hurt the patient, the patient is suing me, whatever did I do to deserve it?" 🤔 Odd.

How do you know you’re actually guilty of this before going to court? People take advantage of anything non mainstream all the time. The fact it took him 9 months to do this says something. He already had issues before seeing you. The fact he kept calling over two weeks means he was trying to gather evidence so it was his intention from the start….all because his back popped likely. Commendable, but admitting guilt with no proof isn’t the best idea. Great seeing you naked though as always! 🙃

I've been treated for a psoas problem on the right side by a chiropractor and ended up by having TMJ with headaches upper body pain in head neck arms and also left hip issue with constant pain. I haven't been treated correctly or on the right parts of anatomy. I had 0 apology or reimbursement. Doc, you've treated the right place but unfortunately this happened. You shouldn't blame yourself. Of course this is a stressful situation but with the help of God you will get through it. The man who sues you probably has his reasons although I don't fully understand the motifivation. This is just unfortunate it happened and can happen in any practice as long as there was no mistake done in the treated area I don't see any problem. I hope you both can conclude a deal that satisfies both of you. Sending you my support.

The reason none of your colleagues have been sued yet, is because they dont live in New Jersey and havent encountered a greedy, litigious POS yet. Fact: New Jersey has been considered one of the most litigious states in the country, and has been included on the Judicial Hellholes® report's Watch List in recent years. Fact: Anyone who spends five minutes talking with or listening to you knows you’re impeccably honest and would never do anything to compromise a patient’s health. So I highly suspect that you didn’t hurt that guy and he is nothing more than a predatory victim who wants money he hasn’t earned. He’s having increased tingling sensations???
