We are really lucky over here in terms of open spaces thats for sure. One thing I really like about the UK and Europe though is how historic everything is and how you can travel to other countries so easily!

You could try making Eggs Florentine as well. It's like what you made but with spinach instead of ham. I had an idea of using that smoked turkey that you can buy sliced in packets as well. I like your cookery sessions. You're one of the best at doing that on KZbin 😊🍽

For perfect poached eggs have your water at a low simmer where a bubble or two comes to the surface every 15 - 20 seconds, a rolling boil will destroy a poached egg as was shown in the video. You may want to get in touch with with your fellow Alaskan Timmy from Truck House Life YT channel, he just got back from Deadhorse and the temps were -45°F with wind chills of -60°F and he failed to make it to the Arctic Ocean for a second time this winter and he has a spray foam cabin in the bed of his truck to get out of the weather, sleep, cook, etc. I seriously wonder if you will be able to stay warm enough in a Jeep even if you have a heater.

The trick to poaching the perfect egg is to crack them into a mixture of vinegar and water and let them sit for 10 minutes before transferring into your cooking water😮 the vinegar helps coagulate the egg whites but you don't want to leave it more than 10 minutes or else it picks up the flavor

I wish that you could take the time to go to heart mountain Hot springs there's a campground right next to it it's pretty nice The drive up to the top of the hill too the headquarters is a little rough little steep but hanging out in the hot springs incredible views and it's just west of the steens mountains enjoy Eastern Oregon kiddo drive careful
