just apply and put yourself out there!! you never know unless you try and all three of those opportunities came from me dreaming big, finding a way to get myself there and achieve them, and then working hard until I found success! So many people dream big but don't actually do anything with it or don't turn those dreams into action - if you want something, go after it with everything you have !!

@@abir945 I’m not too sure about Oxford (I know more about Cambridge), but even for UK students, scholarships to Oxbridge (oxford and cambridge) are certainly not as common as in the US, where scholarships are super super common. For UK students, if you are offered a place and have an income below £27,000, they will happily provide financial support (as a bursary) as ultimately they want you to stay at their university and don’t want people missing out on places due to financial issues. For international students to Oxford, there is a scholarship scheme called the ‘Reach Oxford Scholarship’, which supports international students in low income countries (inc. morocco) that have high academic achievements and have been offered a place. However, only 2 or 3 people are awarded this per year. I think it is highly likely that you will be paying the full £25000 per year as an international student. sucks 😞but dont let that deter you from applying if you wanna apply! ultimately they just want the smartest people with the most potential. If anyone has anything to add that I’ve missed/said incorrectly feel free to replyyy.

As a person who is a Brit I’m going to give you some advice, first bring an umbrella it’ll be raining 24/7, second we don’t all speak posh, we have a range of different accents including Scouse and Cornish, and finally have a good time! :)

wow, congratulations!! i’m a junior in high school and we’re fully online first semester. my dad lives in London so i used this time to escape to London and i’ve been living with him for 3 months and doing my online school. the time zones worked out perfectly and it’s been an amazing experience. It’s so cool to know that other people, that are able, are also trying to make the most of this time and expand their knowledge and adventures to new places!! Congrats on Oxford!! I'm 28 and barely graduated with my main degree because I definitely took a few gap years. I worked, I saved, I traveled, and those years were truly amazing because when I finally returned back to school, I was finally ready to buckle down and work on getting into my dream school. I also made sure to take a few elective classes here and there while on break to still give me a sense of being on track. Good luck with everything!!
