I don’t care what anyone says. I would rather spend my money building a home exactly how I want it. Some people say they could have bought a new home with the amount of money they spent on this but it wouldn’t have been exactly what they wanted. This came out so beautiful. It was definitely well worth it.

For the right person in the right position this came out beautiful! I would love to know what the cost of the building was since it was a repo. I am trying like crazy to get my nephew to do pretty much this same thing, only put it on a crawl space. It would be more cost, but again I bet this was highly discounted being a repo. I have been building for more than 30 years and he knows HVAC and plumbing. I did a lot of masonry work, so I could build the crawl space too. The kid even has most of the money. Maybe I am not kicking hard enough! lol

Having helped frame a house the structural support is exactly what you get in a built on site house. That is what is imporant. Interior walls are nothing but partitions.

Actually depending on the manufacturer you can have a single or double wide done how you want, they bill by Sq foot, the amenities & appliances is what will change they cost. Some folks just have the time and help to do it themselves no shade.

This was amazing. Love this so much bc mobile home would look like crap in a few years. The cabinets be falling off the walls, so many problems. At least you can choose your own wood cabinets and countertops and fixtures. I had to replace nearly everything except the the bathtubs 5 yrs in. Your crew did an awesome job, who are they?

I admire your work on your home. I like the layout of the interior. The white counter tops are also very beautiful. The rest of the interior decor is not my style I couldn’t live in a white and black house. However, the differences in people’s tastes is what makes life interesting.
