I can't imagine starting fresh in the lower mainland now, with new job and finding a place to live if you don't have connections. If I was young I would work up north or something, away from the big cities.

Just my opinion. The channel will not be the same. No Vinny no Claire no Max. The crew you have now is super important to the popularity and success of the channel.
