Had so many encounters with seagulls over the years stealing bait and my catch. I remember lure fishing a few years back and a guillemot took my lure. I managed to get it in and the flipping thing was oily and stinky so I had him between my legs to get the hook out. All the while I had a load of holidaymakers howling with laughter up above me. I don't want to bore you but I'll tell you one more funny story. I was fishing between Bull Bay and Porthwen and the mark is a steep drop off from the public footpath of maybe a 100ft. A few hours into the session I need the toilet for a number 2 so scaled down below the high tide mark with some urgency. All the time I was watching the footpath above as it's very popular with hikers and I didn't want anyone perving at me. All of a sudden I heard a load of clapping, shouting and laughing and as I turned 6 people in kayaks were paddling past. Moral of the story is don't have a curry the night before a fishing session but if you do then wear a nappy lol. Well done on hitting the 2000 mark Tommy you deserve it buddy and thanks again for posting another enjoyable video. Hope you didn't mind the stories, I have loads of them so please don't encourage me lol.

One quick story for you Tommy. Fishing the local breakwater for congers and I was using a mackerel head as bait. The breakwater was packed out and there was a guy next to me with his kid teaching him how to fish. Anyway I had one hell of a bite so I struck into it and missed the bugger so I reeled in to check the mackerel head. Then I heard the little kid saying to his Father "look Dad that man struck into the fish so hard he's pulled his head clean off." On the very same breakwater a mate of mine hooked into something pretty heavy. When he brought it to the surface we saw that it was a hessian sack. Once the water drained out of it he hand balled it up the side and it really stank. He then opened the sack and inside there were a load of dead puppies. It was really horrible Tommy, anyway how's your dog and the training going by buddy?
