I’m monetized!! YouTube Adsense came, tour multiple apartments with me/ Abuja is getting expensive

This monetization is my only motivation to stop being lazy now! I wish I could show you guys all the houses I went to view for my friend but it’s a blood bath in real estate now. What was apartment hunting like for you guys??

congratulations on the monetization♥, just a quick advise from someone who just got an apartment in abuja, please make sure you insist on getting an apartment inside an estate, then take your time in looking for a place, lastly when you see a place you really like and ticks all your box, don't make payment through the agent, make sure you insist on meeting the landlord just to avoid issues later.

This same thing happened to me before my rent exposed. I paid to the agent and the landlord wasn't involved. When the landlord came he said he doesn't know me that I should move out of this house. Thank God everything was settled

Side bar: I get that you just started to record in landscape and might not have totally gotten the hang of it but maybe you can just just try to raise the camera up a little. Most of clips, especially the house tours, felt like it was only the floor that was being recorded. ❤❤

Yes you can be earning without inputing the adsense pin and for views have a fan base but before the money is paid inside your account you must Insert the pin
