It will not make sense for you to work and be paid in Naira in Nigeria instead of Dollars if you are an America. There are many hospitals in Abuja like Diff Hospital,Kelena Hospital, Cedarcrest Hospital, Nizamiye Hospital, Nisa Premier Hospital,etc. I have just seen your question now.
