Hello Matt, yesterday I discovered the channel & fell in love with it! This is that thing I always told myself I wish existed, but somehow never did. Now I’ve discovered it. Had your channel existed when I was a kid it would have been a godsend because I thought being gay had to mean you wanted to put on a wig, worship Judy Garland and reject all your maleness. So keep up the amazing work and thanks for reminding me I’m actually NOT the only gay man out there that’s well , - mainstream and a rejector of flashiness and theatrics I suppose. We need more guys like you across the board to help people realize that gay men are not simply just men, but that they revel in that too. Bless you and look forward to more content! Cheers from Miami!

Aloha Matt. I may have mentioned this while you were Gaming, with any transition, there will be many hardships before some good times come along. Continue to remain positive and always remember that you have support virtually and in-person. Moving from Hawaii, was surprisingly smooth; almost too smooth. Moved into three different places since 2015 and that transition was rough mostly because moving during the summer season in NV, can be brutally hot. I am currently in Hawaii for my cousin's wedding and from when I got on the plane till getting off the plane, responsibilites when from five to one hundred he he Overall, you are a strong guy on many levels, and a new chapter will begin and new environment to explore. Continue prayers dude. "teardrops"

Best wishes on your new journey. I’ve just moved back to my hometown of Norfolk, Va. It is kinda a new beginning being I haven’t lived here in close to 10 years. I’m new now being that I am more open about my sexuality. And this city is very accepting. I grew up going to a camp in NC. It’s ok. I’ve heard decent things about the state. But I hope where ever you end up I hope they are accepting of you and you’ll begin a new chapter in your life! I appreciate your videos. You’re helping me to get closer to my goal of being able to accept myself 100%

I’m on the outskirts of Greensboro (taking care of my aging mother…after taking care of dad until he died in June 2020). Would love to see you out here! Think it might just be your speed-traffic not bad, and very gay-friendly. I can’t show you around much (I don’t tend to get out much), but I’d sure like to be friends when you are here (or even another part of NC). Lot of nice people here.

Good luck. I moved to the suburbs late last year. 5 miles oitside of the City. Feels like small town living. I live in Illinois which is a high tax State but housing is reasonable
@inkreo652 жыл бұрын
I would agree with everything you said about places to move to. North Carolina ia a growing state. There are lots of people moving to Charlotte and the housing market is tight. Rents are going up. So outside of the city would be more realistic. Look ast small towns close by. Raleigh is closer to your Mom, Asheville is a nice town but not many tech jobs, mostly service industry.

It's FANTASTIC that you are moving out of that Hicktown to somewhere more inclusive!! I've commented several times that you need to leave that toxic environment. Try Raleigh, North Carolina where there is a vibrant gay community and "affordable" housing not too far outside the city where it's a bit more rural but less pricey than downtown Raleigh. Ten minutes in your car and you're outside the city in the countryside. Check it out! xxx ooo From Chicago ❤ 💙 💜 💖 💗 💘

I couldn't recommend Texas enough. I moved to Dallas (born and raised in Georgia), and it's been the best thing for me professionally. There's a ton of opportunity in the tech sector. Also, for as shitty as the state is (politics-wise), the cities are great areas for LGBT+

You want to stay closer to your mom...that's good if you're all she has. But you have to make your living situation better too, more money, quality friends, a great beau(maybe), while not neglecting your mom. It's a juggling act. There are lots of areas with a hugely diverse gay population in the Eastern US. Boston, NYC, NJ, Atlanta, Ft. Laudie and other Fl cities....maybe NC's big metros.

Also, you don't want to be stuck in the burbs an hour away from the City Center. People won't want to travel an hour to see you and you want to throw yourself into an area teeming with diverse gay men. Join a gym popular with gay men. Join a gay church. Find activities and groups you might enjoy. But living an hour away because it's cheaper....is going to make it far harder to change your social life.

THE GOSPEL Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: - 1 Corinthians 15: 1-4 KJV Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. - John 15:13 KJV SAVALATION For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. - John 3:16 KJV For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. John 3:17 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. - John 14:6 KJV Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Acts 4:12 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. Romans 5:10 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. - Isaiah 53:5 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. Ephesians 2:8-9 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel. - Mark 1:15 KJV He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. - John 3:36 KJV Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began. 2 Timothy 1:9 For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost. Luke 19:10 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. Mark 16:16 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 1 Corinthians 15:22 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:7-8 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. John 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. - Romans 10:9-11 KJV
