Wow, great news! A new chapter, I love the 60s house but now you're got a whole new project to work on. I know it's hard and once you moved in but the house isnt you yet, you might feel sad. And that is ok, it is a big life change with its ups and downs. The new place it looks bright, is it your property so you can do with it as you please? It looks vintage although I'm not a fan of brown paneled walls, I'm sure you will make it as beautiful as the 60s house! I'm looking forward to a lot of new DIY and decorating videos. Your new house looks really nice, I can't wait to see how you decorate it! Ten years ago, I would have painted all that wood white so fast (that's what I did when I bought my house eight years ago, but that was boring yellowing pine), but these past years I've actually come to love the Mid-Century wood - the panelled walls and kitchen cupboards in your house are so pretty. I don't plan on moving, ever, but if I ever did, I'd love a house from the 60s/70s with big windows, lots of wood, big open rooms - exactly the opposite to what I currently have, I suppose! ^_^

I see a lot of opportunity in the new house and it doesn't look small to me. And I am guessing that you are leaving behind lots of things that you need to replace.
