Unfortunately no, tacticooler caps run and swim speed at 29 ap each while everything is maxed. If your over 29 ap then that buff to that speeed ain’t applied

Nu uh, tacticooler basically maxes out your stats for the specific buffs it offers, meaning that if you’re running run and swim speed it’ll still just jump it up to the maximum amount you can have. Any abilities you have that tacticooler buffs don’t roll over

Nope Tacticooler drinks give you a few buffs (swimspeed, runspeed, intensifyaction) and the drinks provide max ability points (AP) of each buff So if you have gear with any of the same abilities the tacticooler has, you won't get any extra AP, cuz the tacticooler drink already gives you max AP for the abilities it provides Side note: Max AP for an ability is usually 57 AP (3 mains & 9 subs on your gear) -- However some abilities have lower AP caps, idk if the tacticooler provides any of those abilities -- and if it does, idk if it raises the AP of them to their usual cap, or just straight to 57
