The Nevada healthcare really hits home. My mom lived through late stage pancreatic cancer. She was in and out of the hospital every two weeks. Not only was the care abysmal, they could not figure out WHY she would have stomach pain. My dad finally took her to an out-of-state facility and they instantly diagnosed her. She probably had this cancer for years completely unnoticed due to incompetence. This alongside a ton of poor care..... I know its a joke to go out of state, but I am so thankful we did. I hope everything works out well, and this becomes a lot smoother. P.s. My mom also was diagnosed with appendicitis. No inflammation or anything. I legit think they see gut pain and say appendicitis.

Same here man, diagnosed at 8, I have struggled my whole life with it, went in remission for years and had a flare 4 years ago that was the most excruciating experience in my whole life, lost a shit ton of weight, had no energy and if not for my girlfriend I would've fallen into a deep hole. Now, after multiple failed medications, I've finally gone into remission once again. Diet, having an active life (though difficult and scary due to the constant fear of literally shitting/bleeding myself) had a HUGE impact on me. We're all going to make it, stay strong and positive 💪

As someone who fights with his own chronic abdominal issues that sound very similar for nearly his entire life and often has pain that bad that I am completely drenched in sweat, throw up, or at the worst can’t even walk anymore I wish you all the best. I can’t imagine having my pain for days that would be the worst nightmare I could imagine so I am astonished that you were able to wait this long to see a doctor. It is really comforting to hear that the operation could help you that much. It absolutely sounds like the correct decision even if you have to take your time to recover especially if you can live a better life after that! Take all the time you need and don’t worry! And thanks for everything you do to raise awareness when it comes to these chronic diseases since people often don’t really realize how much of a burden these truly are and how the whole life of those affected revolve around their freaking intestinal issues. Simply said thank you for being open and honest! And you can of course upload all the news about your health on KZbin. We as your viewers want to know how you are doing so don’t be afraid to post!

I will tell you that the surgery I had was emergency because I waited with biologics, battles with insurance, in state and out of state specialists. It was excruciating and my recovery was 12 months because of exploratory surgery. It saved my life, but it was the hardest thing I have ever dealt with. I am waiting for verdict on reversal surgery or complete removal and permanent ileostomy. If you go a head with it, it will come with its own complications as you will learn but it is way better man. The out of state doc you use is the one to see fire the other guy. Know you're not alone, I have a wife and son and know how you feel. I love your content, used to play as a kid and the progression series is a riot as to I'm a relic old school player of 36 years old and haven't played since i was 16. As a fellow IBD sufferer (micro colitis), nothing is more frustrating than GI issues in the medical world. They offer little to no answers, just throwing darts at a board. It's incredibly frustrating in a way people who don't have IBD understand. I quit the doctors (I was sick of the runaround after 14 years), and just kept experimenting with diet until I figured it out. Haven't had a flare-up in 2 years. I hope you can find peace.

It's because our diets aren't water based and they "can't" tell you to diet. I have quite a lot of digestion issues and only figured out it was because I don't eat fruits and veggies that are Organic(who does)

Going through this now. Did all the doctor crap and I give up on them. Officially just gave up on them without wanting to prescribe me things and just suggest to take it for the rest of my life. Sadly it's incurable. I will have my large intestine removed in two weeks because of ulcerative colitis as well. It's life ruining. Haven't had a night where I didn't wake up at least once every single hour for 8 years now. I can't digest food. I cannot go anywhere where I don't know if they have a toilet I can use. Your healthcare system in the states is a nightmare. In Australia my wife presented to emergency with a severe Crohns flare in October and she was put on high dose IV Pred almost immediately and kept in hospital for a week under the careful supervision of multiple gastro specialists and only released once her inflammatory markers had decreased to a level manageable by home medication. The ED doctors here also had no idea what to do but that’s why hospitals are supposed to have specialists in these things. None of this cost us a cent. I’m so sorry for what you are going through. • The early part where you described the epic fail of the healthcare system in Nevada? That sounds like most of the US to me. I've personally dealt with multiple quacks that seem like complete dimwits considering that I've had a nasty issue that I've struggled with since I was 16 (didn't get to actually see anyone about it until I was in my early 20s), and yet NONE of these "medical professionals" were able to actually figure it out until a sudden ER trip in *2021* where at 44, I was finally diagnosed with asthma...something which everybody who knew me suspected was going on from the beginning, but the quacks couldn't find until 18 years later. And that's in Maryland. Like, I know folks with asthma, and none of'em had it found & diagnosed that slowly! • Maaaaaaaaaaaan, you take every single second that it takes to make that complete recovery, my bro-ham in Obelisk, Osiris, and Ra. We the fans ain't goin' ANYWHERE. • 40:32 And there, you said it yourself, man. "It's gonna be okay." YES. IT. WILL!! 🫡🫡🫡👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

We'll be here for you. We'll keep you journey in our minds and hearts. A person's health should always take priority. Taking care of yourself and your own is what comes first. 8:15 and sadly. Our system is only going to get worse with an Anti- Vaxxer being put in charge of the whole thing in a few months. My grandma had a colostomy bag. Colon cancer is truly a bitch.

It doesn't matter if it takes 1 year or 10 years, when you'll be back (and I know you WILL be back), we will be here.

Hope your recovery goes as well as possible! Suggestion, have Gage and some other cohost cover your channel while you're out so they can continue gaining followers and keep the channel alive.

I can't imagine any of his friends saying "no" to a request like this outside of actual time complications. Could even be a little fun change of pace with joseph on prog or whatever for a week.

Hope everything goes well Cimo! I've been watching your channel for years now. You really sparked me to get back into playing Yugioh, through edision format and my own progression series with my friends. Its okay to take your time to adjust and heal after the surgery. We will be here for you through the thick and thin never forget that! ❤

My wife got diagnosed with breast cancer in July and we know the feeling of the rapid change and the overwhelming feeling of having to make difficult decisions. You got this focus on recovering yourself and your family you got this.

Going through a flare myself right now and totally understand the fear of the unknown. If you do continue with the proceedure, I'm wishing you a successful procedure, easy recovery, and that you are able to live a life free of this awful disease afterwards!!

These Masochist challenges are getting a little crazy, but I'm sure your luck will be better in this than trying to get any playable URs :D

Sorry to hear it mate, you bring a lot of joy to a lot of people! I pray you get better. If you are open to it, you might see some benefit from a temporary carnivore diet. A lot of people with auto-immune issues do. Edit: My Dad had a similar surgery, it plays up a lot. So I hope you either don't need it, or its done better if you do.

First off, I’m sorry to hear this. Second, I don’t know if you believe in Jesus Christ but I’ll be praying for you. I pray the Lord cover you with his healing hands and makes sure you come out of this on the other side. We appreciate you and all that you do for your fans. We are all human at the end of the day and we all have stuff we are going through. I would actually love to see the process if you do decide to make content on it, I might be in the minority. Thank you for being vulnerable. God bless you brother.

i have quite mild chronic bowel/digestion/metabolism issues and even that gives me so much grief, couldn't imagine going through something like Crohn's or colitis. best of luck for your procedure and your recovery Cimo, praying for the best in both. and take all the time you need for yourself when you are at recovery stage. ♥️♥️

Take your time Cimo and I genuinely hope that everything goes well and recovery is swift and without complications. I don't know you personally but you seem like a good man and I really really wish you all the best.

Cimooo, I’ve been following your videos with CGB and Raran. My wife’s grandmother had that surgery a few years ago. She’s in her 90’s and she is all right. I’m sure that you’ll be totally fine. It’s a lot to take but it will change your life living without the problem you have right now if you go for it. It’s not easy the aftermath but after the period of recovery will be a better life for you. I hope you get over this in a good way and wish you the best.

You were the reason I got back into YGO after many years. It's through the progression series that I caught up with the current pace of YGO. But my heart goes out to you, my mother had a similar procedure for different reasons, so I know things will work out. But yeah, I'm glad that they came up with a promising treatment, and I'm glad that going forward, you'll live without pain.

thank you for being there for all of us throughout the years and while I'll likely never comment again I'll keep watching and enjoying for as long as I can.

I feel for you Alex. I appreciate your struggle. I found out a few days ago that my grandmother has Cancer. I thought you might say cancer and I just was so scared for that possibility. I'm glad you have a plan and I will now be spending all the time I can with my grandma. My grandma makes it seem like it was the very early stages of cancer so I'm thankful it isn't likely more serious.

Hey Cimo, thank you for posting this video and hope you receive the best care through all of this. I know the pain struggle you have described as I have Crohn’s disease and I went through with a multitude of surgeries just to figure out what was the best way to get into remission. This was one of my toughest periods in my life with the pain in my body and missing out on a lot of my life with family and friends but it made me become stronger. So I wish you the best for this process and a healthy recovery. And if you are considering posting your health journey during this process, it would be very educational for people who are going through the same issues as we rarely want to describe this to anyone. So thank you once again and hopefully we hear from you soon.

Dude I have been going through the same struggle its been making work, socializing and my day to day so much stressful. I am right here with you hoping we can both come out of this healthy and able to enjoy the things we love. Met you years back with a misprinted Sea Monster Theaseus and you stopped and chatted with my whole group for almost 20 minutes forgetting you were going to the bathroom when I stopped you and that interaction alone let me know you were such a good guy. Please take care of yourself first if you need breaks we will always be here eagerly waiting your return brother much love!

As someone who has a chronic disease, listening to you describe relentless pain in combination with a complete lack of urgency and apparent ineptitude to help you feels like me actively reliving some of the darkest moments of my life.
