girl i feel this video a year ago i started my fitness journey and lost 30 pounds then got pregnant and gained it all back and here i am trying all over again 😭😭😭 and i’m struggling lol but the channel growwithjo is a very good fitness channel i lost 30 pounds just on her videos alone.

Girl, try this... 1. Eat only when ur hungry 2. Do not drink calories 3. Go to the gym on ur days off from work.

@@colours456 It is that simple, trust me... I recently lost 10lbs doing those 3 things. You just gotta be consistent and meals should be less than 700 calories

@@colours456 What!? Girl, ur consuming too many calories. You'd be surprised at how much calories snacking adds... I found out I was snacking and drinking about 2000 calories per day and when I cut that and the late night dinners out, the weight started coming off. Ur on ur way Babe, you can do it.

I'm trying too! My age, my weight! I see some people I know that seem to be getting more and more unhealthy. I meet 60 year olds that seem 80 and I meet 60 year olds that are sharper and more fit than me and I think... Yeah, I want that to be what it's like for me when I'm older. Thank you soo much and yes your right I think one of my fears is that ima get older and completely just look like I lost myself I want to be an attractive mom not just look “that’s what happens when you get older “ type of way I want better for myself rooting for you

@@colours456 Thank you! Also, I definitely don't want to be like my ex mother-in-law where the majority of the conversation was about what medications she was on and what was wrong with her. I kinda felt like her doctor appointments and medications were her identity. I sometimes wonder if people feel like they will get more attention if they are unhealthy or need help and that if they're healthy, no one will care or be around them?

You got this!!! Getting started is always the hardest. Try some at home workouts. The girls can run around with you. My daughter is almost 3 and does Grow with Jo workouts with me. I have been able to lose 7lbs in 3 weeks. I have a long way to go. My inflammation markers prompted my fitness/better eating journey. I have been using my fitness pal as well. Its hard because I loves to eat but it has kept me accountable. Take the girls for a walk.. chase them. These kids make us burn the most calories running behind them 😂. Can't wait to continue following to watch your progress.

I'm rooting for you. If you're looking for good creators to help you on your journey, I reccomend Michelle McDaniel, Brianna Jewel, Renaissance Periodization, Kianna Docherty. All these people have science based results and good advice for people jumping in
