We got a new one for y’all today!!! We linked up with our guy Jake West for a few days and wanted to give y’all a little mini series! You may know Jake from killing on RWE this summer or maybe he’s came up on your FYP, but we wanted to give y’all a behind the scenes look at work he’s been putting in. Jake’s planning a crazy park takeover in his hometown, so obviously gotta get right before that.
First he had to get a lift in, and then it was time for a workout & Cryo to recover. Also shoutout his little bro Luke for putting in that work with Jake, def gonna help him get ready for the next level. Obviously Jake had to get some TikToks in before the takeover. I’ll NEVER hate on somebody’s game especially someone getting featured on Overtime, however if this guy wants to compete on the highest level he will need to develop ++Athleticism and ++On ball defense. I know their have been exceptions in the NBA that maybe didn’t have these attributes but guarantee they excelled in other areas to make up for it. Their are guys getting paid 20 Mil a season with the most broken jumpers I’ve ever seen, however someone’s shot can be developed and worked on. When it comes to Athleticism 90% of it your born with and 10% is you busting you ass everyday to just get that much bigger, faster, quicker etc. Just look at Jimmer Fredete, now I actually think he should be on an NBA roster but the reason he’s not is because of his liability on D and lack of Athleticism to hit the boards.

@@andrewlobik9244 So that’s what I mean by ++. I could never even come close to dunking let alone windmilling but 6’2 in the NBA is not common unless they hold superior other skills that I mentioned. When you get to the NBA you will be facing the most athletic of the athletic night in and night out. Still I have high hopes for this cat and I’m sure he knows where he needs to excel.
