In act 2 when Jayce returned you can see his breath in that cold room, then we see Salos in the room too, his breath is not visible. so basically, he aint human anymore. Also aint Viktor controling salos not a red flag? He's literally turning the peeps he "healed" to machines part of a hivemind. Jayce did nothing wrong imo. They Noxians are gonna attack anyways. Singed is the one who made Vander berserk btw, he pretended to be knocked out then when everyone got distracted, he injected vander with the serum (the lava thingy)

This arc is all about the things we do out of love, as Victor tells it at the end of this episode: our love and our humanity push us to do the most beautiful things (Jinx reaching out to Vi, Caitlyn helping Vi despite their falling off, Issha's sacrifice...) as well as the most terrible (Singe's experiments to preserve his daughter, Caitlyn going full vengeance mode, Jayce's chaotic rage... and Issha's sacrifice). You can see also a very interesting parallel of Issha's deciding to kill Warwick to protect Jinx and the others, and Powder mistakenly killing Vander to try and save them all. In a way, Jinx finally saw from Vi's perspective what her younger self did. Overall, the only ones who don't get it are Ambessa and Victor. Ambessa preaches sacrifice, but not out of love, only for power. Victor sacrifices everyone's individuality - including his own - in pursuit of perfection, but in reality, he failed to embrace and love humanity.
