I’ve been there I had to change the way I thought about food and my habits. My husband is super skinny. I just changed one habit at a time. It all started with oatmeal. I ate I cup and half for breakfast with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Because oatmeal is healthy. Then i slowly a1/2 of teaspoon at a time till I’m down to a half of teaspoon of brown sugar 1/2 cup of oatmeal. That took me a year. And I have lost 7 lbs a year since. Then I added walking for 5 mins and went up. It’s slow but I celebrated every minute. I focus on being healthy and being active now. I may never be prebaby weight but I’m healthier and I can run up steps. You are doing great so celebrate the desire to be healthy and one 1/2 teaspoon of something at a time❤

Great work! Grains like oatmeal can be really inflamatory for a lot of people which can slow their progress. Same with dairy, sugar, gluten, beans, and nightshades. You can see my comment above for some helpful things to look into. Low inflammation meals like AIP diet are very helpful. Sounds like you are consistent and have a great mindset.

When she said she thought she would just be taking the kids for walks all the time I knew where it came from; All the fake instagram mom “influencers” are skewing the expectations of soon-to-be moms and then making them feel inadequate once they have kids. These women are putting on a facade! Moms need to realize this.

Having two toddlers are no joke, they will suck the life out of you ❌❌❌ with sleepless night, getting sick, whining, feeding, and all the constant cry. Please give yourself some grace. Go shopping and buy clothes that fit your NEW current body 🛍️ . That should help you feel somewhat better about yourself. Good luck and congratulations on your two kiddos.

As someone struggling with anorexia nervosa for almost 14 years, her story resonates a lot. I wish her well and strengh cause it's hard being a mom and struggling with weight changes specially in a society that praises pregnancy and expects people to look like pregnancy never happened(might cause weight gain in most cases not to say in all) The pressure is big. Stay strong and take a deep breath girl💕🌟🦋💜⭐🙌You are not alone.

Chronic sleep deprivation can make it so hard to lose weight. Just do your best and when your kids get a little older it will get much better. Buy nice clothes that fit you well even if it's a bigger size, do your hair and makeup, make yourself feel beautiful as you are. Eat good food and exercise to make yourself feel good. Your husband loves you as you are.

Baby girl, here is my 2 sense. Love who you are at this very moment. Then, gradually morph into who you want to be. You're trying too hard and your body is fighting back. The moment you stop trying, the weight will fall off. Focus on the blessings in your life, not the curse. You're awesome just the way you are. Hugs...

I've been married for 16 years and have been pregnant most of my marriage. Given birth 6x plus 2 miscarriages. I've struggled so hard to lose the baby weight as fast as I used to, ever since the 4th child, it's been such a struggle. Since I was little, I struggled with body image issues. Dealing with stress from life, homeschooling, homemaking, and hardly any help the way I need it, it takes a toll on mental and body health. 14 lb overweight and I wish I could have more time to myself to get healthy.

And I happen to be married to a naturally thin husband that LOVES salad, fruits, veggies and everything healthy. It's tough feeling unhappy with your weight despite trying to fix it.

I walk 2 laps around my neighborhood outside and listen to worship music after a protein breakfast. Sometimes throw in some light weights for arms and legs after when I have time. GAME CHANGER. For weight loss, mood booster, energy booster, self love, etc. You got this!

I really struggle to lose weight! At the moment i'm eating twice a day and nothing big at all. I really don't feel hungry in the mornings. Yesterday I first ate at 3.30 and today I ate just 2 gluten free sandwiches with some ham and 2 slices of cheese. I must try eating more protein to see can I kick start weightloss. I know before I started losing inches, not necessarily pounds, when I started eating more but mentally for me it's very hard to not see the numbers go down even though I lost inches! I also suffer with chronic pain - back problems after a car accident - so exercising is quite difficult. I need 2 new hips and I'm only in my 40s 😢 2 days ago I was able to walk a bit but in 10mins I was only able to walk around my house 5 times as was in so much pain. I also have high cortisol levels which doesn't help

False. Pregnancy at that young age might have killed them + rendered them unable to reproduce ever again. There's a reason our ancestors waited until maturity to let young women marry.
