Hi Eddy. I'm a family physician. The speed and extent of recovery of your right arm and leg will depend on how hard you work to bring them back. You must work with them every day, all day, not just when the physical therapist shows up. Get a tennis ball and squeeze it constantly. Move your arms and legs around while in the bed. Flex your foot and bend at the knee and hip every ten minutes. You can literally re-wire your brain around the damaged areas but you must work at it. All my best, my friend.

Great news Eddy, you made my day! I mentioned when you were in Thailand I thought this would be ok, and later after the last surgery when you said you had tingling on your right arm, I mentioned it could be a good sign. It looks like the neurological effects could be due to the nerves being effected by the swelling and inflammation rather than destroyed, and why time is of the essence in treatment. I spent over a year in stroke and neurological care and rehab units after my mother's botched brain surgery and from what I observed, when people have such a rapid and pronounced recovery it's a good sign that they may regain function. From what I recall, the majority of recovery from brain injuries occurs between 2 to 8 weeks, and then further recovery in months and years to come.

Also I presume u were drugged to the eye balls in the hospital in Thailand they didnt really do anything else tbf.
