What helped me you guys, was sitting down and really thinking about what I value now, who I want to be, and then doing little things everyday that relate to those things. For example I try to be healthier so I stopped drinking and smoking, I walk more, I draw more, I paint more and I care more for others and I feel sooo happy and grateful. After a while little things just add up to you feeling fulfilment. The podcast you guys do I think is amazing and takes a lot of courage, you're helping people, that's a purpose in itself ❤️

Love you girls but just wanted to flag that assuming someone’s sexuality or questioning them on it is very problematic because of the stigma still attached to homophobia. Asking someone gay “if they are sure they are straight”has different connotations and implications than asking someone if they are gay - we live in a homophobic society. For Stef to question Mehdi’s sexuality publicly on such a huge platform can be dangerous for him given the country he’s from - some things can be kept to the group chat 😂

Hi ❤️ Just want to say that I personally find it very embarrassing to wear designer clothes. I’d feel sooooo self-conscious walking round with a shirt on that displays the brand name in a garish, obvious way. I feel like I might as well walk around with a big sign on my head saying ‘I spent lots of money on my clothes and I want everyone to know about it so that I can feel better about myself’ . It’s so cringeworthy. And the fact that people will buy a top for 800 pounds when it costs about 2 pounds to make it in a factory - just to try and prove a point ?! It’s just idiotic. I’ll never understand it. Never. Im so put off by people who wear designer clothes it’s by far my biggest ick. P.s. most people who wear designer clothes in this obvious sense have no REAL wealth and care more about what others think rather than growing a true empire. I’m sure Bill Gates isn’t bothered about having ‘Chanel’ sprawled across his t-shirt .
