This is in the illegally occupied part of Cyprus. Most new builds are on STOLEN land so you can never get legal title. Buy at your peril.

Seaside property or property near the sea is always the preferred property and it aint cheap! Sounds good, hope it's true.

That's right, real estate is more expensive the closer it is to the sea. But at the same time, such real estate has greater liquidity.

Forgot to mention this is an illigally occupied area, controlled by Turkey, non recognised by other countries. You will have no legal title for property as the real owners were forced out of the city in 1974. So when/if the legal owners return or claim their property you will have to leave the property otherwise you will face legal issues. It's easy to sell cheap a property which you dont really own

As a Cypriot that fled from the South. This is true it goes back to who owns the title deed. I'm still fighting to regain my family property back.

But you must know that both governments exchanged land. Turks that flew from South to north got land in north and greeks who flew from north to South in the South. So in your case scenario turks with land in South will claim as well which is not so good for the South side either. So I believe in a solution in form of a reunion in the form of a federation. Or that north cyprus will be recognised by other countries in the future as an independent land. The last option is more likely because the ethnical split is quite sharp and the north is only settled by Turkish Cypriots since 50years and these people have a right of claiming their own country. And never forget how many Israelis Germans Russians etc has bought in Cyprus. Do you think it is easy to go to all these people and tell them to leave because it was owned by Greek people 50 years ago. This will never happen otherwise there will be blood again.

@@etekeker8581 governments did not exchamged lands. They exchanged population. As I said the land is illegally occupied. When it comes to land rights, real and legal ownership is very strong to simply deny it. When Turkish cypriots demand their land in the south then the Government order the tenant to move out the propert and reinstate it to its original form if they made any changes. That's what a potential buyer of such property may face in the south in case of a solution. I believe it's something worth knowing before investing. That becomes even more challening when refers to Famagusta for which there are specific orders from the UN Security Council that prohibits the two parties from doing any sort of developments within the area. So the development you advertise violates all national and international laws. "the Council also expressed deep regret over unilateral actions that run contrary to its previous resolutions and statements on Varosha, a quarter of the seaside town of Famagusta. The Council called for the immediate reversal of this course of action and of all steps taken on Varosha since October 2020 and, expressing further regret that recent actions have not been in line with this call, stressed the need to avoid any unilateral actions that could raise tensions on the island and undermine the prospects for a peaceful settlement."

Whats the minimum property price we would need to qualify to live full time in Cyprus. A property that is owened by Cyprus law? Otherwise it's illigal purchase..
@CYPRUS_LIFE_ESTATE Жыл бұрын
Apartments in good new residential complexes start from 80-100 thousand £. You can find cheaper ones on the secondary market - starting from 60-80 thousand £. All developers with whom we cooperate work completely legally and provide a full package of documents recognized by international law.

lol, buch of bulls$$it… 80 months loan and wait 4 years to get it built to rent it and you call this a good deal, wake up..
@CYPRUS_LIFE_ESTATE Жыл бұрын
Rent gives you 8% per year. Which is still a good deal if you have an experience in getting property in different parts of the world. Still we recommend buy property during the unannounced sales, build it and than resell. In order to get minimum 20% per year. Message us in what’s app to get a detailed consultation

@@AlekseiVeliKan you're barking at the wrong tree. Get bonds and t-bills for now and if you really want to get real estate *that is not built and ready to move yet*, get it in Dubai. Now go back building your little crypto project and hide in Cyprus from the Reds.
