Unsolicited recommendation but I’m someone who really prefers metallic shadows because I can get the shine without glitter fallout, but one shadow I recently found that gives me glitter and a wet look without fallout is the Bobbi Brown shadow stick in Moonstone ❤ It doesn’t have a base pigment really, but it’s a really beautiful wash of sparkle that gets more “greasy” looking with time. It’s 👌🏻

Could you please do the makeup sponges in price catagories...like cheap and cheerful, low, price, mid price and big $$$. I tink that would be great as there are some creat cheaper sponges and some doozies that are like bashing your face with a rock....I think similar for each price catgory. Also what do you look for? THe material its made from, how porous it is? The testure on it? etc etc blah balh... Thanks

I recently pulled out my halo glow and when I put it on I was outside and got compliments! My mom even loved it! It is dark tho even the light runs dark and tan/orangish. If they could nail a neutral olive like kosas 160 that would be nice. It is nice it’s almost like more coverage that Sunday fridays skin tint. I totally forgot about it too! I wish I didn’t toss the powder 😢

I love a mini size! I never finish concealer within the time frame. How long does Kosas concealer actually last vs shelf-life?

If you use it as your only mascara it lasts 5-6 months. It starts smelling a little off around the 7 month mark but I’ve never had issues with it. I’ve never had it longer than 7-8 months though.

I was excited for those smashbox blushes, but when I went to the store to look at shades, no matter what I did i got more liquid than color. Not ok. I think drugstore does the tube liquid blushes better than anyone (loreal, revolution). I do love rare beauty though.

For a similar product to the Smashbox Halo lip and cheek blush try the L.A. Glazed lip paint. They are extremely pigmented and slightly minty but will not bother my eyes (and my eyes water A LOT!!! They are very sensitive). They can be sheered out and I applied mine to the eyes, cheeks and lips. I don't have the Halo ones but I am just comparing in terms of colour and usability. However, I would still like to buy one of the Halo ones. 🙂

Maybe you could do a video where you try to make the Bare Minerals concealer work for you. Trying with different products and generally troubleshooting to see if you can get it to behave better for you. It's so common that we buy a product that doesn't work the way we wanted it to, but it's so wasteful to dismiss it after just one try (especially in countries where we can't return it to the store). It'd be great to see your take on what tricks we can employ when that happens, to see if it can be saved.

I have been enjoying the Paw Paw sponges. I like that they are softer than a Beauty Blender, have nice bounce and leave a seamless finish. Just be sure to be sure to squeeze out all moisture, and I don’t find they absorb too much product that way. I know over all it’s such a personal preference, though I like these sponges better than any I’ve tried at any price.
