He is a good dude, he provides a little extra content and comedy without acting like he is trying to be the main focus of things. He adds to things going on around him, has a good wealth of knowledge and always shows his love for the car he is driving or even looking at, definitely one of the best "friends" to have along for rides and trips without it looking like he is trying to show off for the camera with loud obnoxious behaviors. Genuinely one of my favorite guys who pop up on occasion.

Since the walls you now have are not load bearing walls you could have an engineer redesign the support system for the loft/mezzanine which means you may not need to take down all the walls now in place... cutting holes and pouring footings in a concrete floor is not that difficult. A properly designed support system could be costly but again not difficult. BUT there are many other items that may make it to expensive to stay... wiring, plumbing, fire suppression system, air filters for sanding and paint area... NOISE is a big one. Find a large empty building that is up to code far away from people or near an airport (like Jay Leno's Shop). Good luck, looking forward to what you decide to do.

Couple places I can suggest. Perris, CA. My dad lives there and there's a large warehouse area there between Perris and Moreno valley. Maybe Temecula? I saw you guys did some work with some guys there before. Its halfway between San Diego and LA. You should take a look at San Diego too. Super chill city with way less drama than LA and big money too. You can move to the other side of the mountains towards Apple Valley in towns like Lancaster and Palmdale. Though its outside the city, there's more land than people to play with and deal with. You can also look into towns towards Buttonwillow Raceway like Valencia (Six Flags is there too :D ) Also a bit of a stretch but you can look at Palm Springs too. Way less people and of course they're all wealthy out there. Possibly your proper clientele to support the DDE brand. Thermal club raceway is there in that area for some track shenanigans.
