Baby #3 was born 3/2 (on her due date shockingly) but I wasted so much time wishing her out and looking for “signs” of labor.. like 6-7 weeks no joke… I finally surrendered the last two weeks of my pregnancy and man was it freeing!! God bless y’all!! ❤

Milena what a blessed season of waiting! I had two miscarriages around when you lost your sweet little girl, and then got pregnant very quickly after the second one just like you did. And then I ALSO experienced a subchorionic hemorrhage just like you did at the beginning of this pregnancy- but God keeps His promises and I am nearing the end of a healthy first trimester by His grace! We are praying for you and your sweet baby and for a safe and peaceful delivery - God’s timing is always perfect! ❤️

NICU nurse for many years here....... all you overdue mamas PLEASE be careful. If you sense that anything is off or you"re not feeling quite right, PLEASE go get checked out. Overdue babies can also have many many problems. Not trying to scare anyone but please just pay attention to your mama instincts ❤❤❤❤❤
@jessicaa.m.harper17279 ай бұрын
How overdue is cause for concern? My water broke when I was a week late to the day, and I had my daughter the next day. They had asked me on my due date (and I think even at 39 weeks?) if I wanted to be induced, but I felt okay waiting, so I did. Would you recommend an elective induction at the due date mark? Just asking for a potential second pregnancy. Also, my daughter is 4 months old today and healthy as can be! ❤
@danaj16499 ай бұрын
@@jessicaa.m.harper1727 that's amazing congratulations on your baby! Most overdue moms will have absolutely NO problems. Over the years in labor and delivery and in children's hospitals, I have seen late term babies have low amniotic fluid, decreased function of the placenta, meconium aspiration is one of the most difficult problems I've seen. And of course a larger baby can lead to problems with delivery and the size of moms pelvis which makes for very difficult deliveries at times. These are just a few things I've witnessed over the years. Again most will have no issues at all and I dont want anyone to worry. I just wanted to make sure moms are informed. As long as you feel safe and your doctors say that baby looks great, then trust that. Always listen to your mommy instincts if baby doesn't feel as active or you feel unwell and just get checked out . ❤️❤️❤️
@artsynahnah26589 ай бұрын
Mothers who go past their due dates are not inherently in danger. Due dates are estimate. The way obstetricians and the western medical system treats women during birth often cause complications. Forceps, vacuum, induction, all of these things go against our design. Statistics dont lie. The baby releases hormones when they are ready to be born. Due dates are estimations. 😊❤
@karlimakrina25389 ай бұрын
I agree with this, I had an overdue baby and he ended up being a surprise 11 lbs! Somehow I had him naturally, but after the doctor started tugging on my placenta to come out, I started to hemorrhage and had to have an emergency surgery. I believe it was because the doctor was tugging on my placenta to come out instead of letting me birth it naturally as I did with my others. She nearly inverted my uterus. But I know this is rare

@francesholmes94868 ай бұрын
It’s really super normal, especially when moms aren’t routinely induced… I’ve noticed a lot of mama’s being told by doctors and nurses that they don’t like them to go a day over due and it causes mom stress. A stressed mom will have a harder time going into and being in labor. As long as mama and baby are healthy and no issues detected, there’s no reason to automatically be freaked out. My MIL went almost 2 weeks late with every one of her 10 healthy babies. My own was 1 week 1 day “overdue” after having 5 weeks of prodromal labor… ended up having a seamless unmedicated birth.

Mileina , despite the people mad that you deleted your old videos . I applaud you !! Remeber following Jesus will come with lots of " JUDGING " and peolle talking about you. I had that happened to me when i started following Jesus full force . I love seeing the change ive seen in you . Wheb I first started following you , i could kinda sense you were lukewarm and tangled in some vanity and consumerism. And the fruit ive seen in you is just wonderful . The Bible says we will know then by their fruit . And you have been lots of good fruit. I love seeing your change its encouraging and refreshing. Specially in a world where all KZbinrs and influencers are so worldly and sending bad messages to younger woman. I pray Jesus keeps blessing your platform and that Jesus keeps using you to show what Biblical woman is . Also i applaud you for getting your kids off social media . Although i miss seing them , its the best thing to do . The world is too evil . Im glad you are protecting their innocence and their privacy. Specially in a world wjere yourubers and influencers exploit their kids. May the Lord Jesus Christ keep you and protect you and your family and may you never back down , on living your faith for Jesus boldly even with people and their hate comments. Thank you my sister in Christ for encouraging me. Im a mother of five and wife and it's so refreshing seeing woman online living the faith in striving for . Blessings Mileina . May Jesus Christ king of kings bless you with a good healthy birth .❤

Milena! Contractions are contractions honey, they most certainly are helping prepare your body for birth. So much so that come babys birthday, the process might be swifter than you imagine. I hope thays encouraging in some way, youre doing the right thing by keeping busy and staying somewhat active, do that during early labor aswell to keep your mind from interfering and surely it will be swift, peaceful, and the most rewarding thing to finally meet your new bebe. Youre so close! You look beautiful as ever, love seeing all the new furbabies and the older babies how much theyve grown 💖🥹

Thank you for this reminder! I’m 34 weeks and already feeling so big and uncomfortable 🥴 people keep saying I’m big and like are you sure your due date it right? All the things people say to you in the end of pregnancy and it’s been getting me a little impatient so this was a really nice reminder to just be thankful and enjoy the last moments of your body just carrying and taking care of baby. I went ten days over with my daughter and also had prodromal labor so I’ve been really hopeful that it’s not that way this time around but I definitely need to work on surrendering. Hope you sweet baby comes when they are ready and your labor and birth is smooth. Also I have a question. What if anything have you done to prep for labor ? Any classes or books or stretches, exercises etc? Or are you feeling pretty well prepared from your previous births?
