I have just started watching the KS show and over the past week or so I have seen a constant a recurring theme. Most women talk so highly of themselves and how great they are not realizing "YOU ARE COMPETING IN THE DATING MARKET WITH OTHER WOMEN." No matter how great you are someone is younger and hotter than you. Be pleasant, feminine, kind, natural and a good mate. Make yourself stand out from the pack.

@@ogadinma01 As men we have always known it is survival of the fittest. No matter how great I think I am it is all subjective to ME. Not sure why women do not inherintley feel this and do their best. Also nothing against you but every woman compares attracting men (sex, time, and attention) as validation; yet we see no rings or proposals in our black communities. Just a bunch of single mothers in the tune of 80% for sistas. They is alarming and problematic unfortunately.

Short story: Here it is 2 years later (RIP KS! 🙏🏾) and this topic holds so true. I'm in my mid/soon to be late 30's and the women whom are my peers are online just about waving the white flag of 'somebody PLEASE PICK ME?!' by putting up multiple cryptic posts about not settling, demanding a man of means, thinking they're somewhat of a prize...etc etc. It's hilarious and poetic to see it. Especially considering these same women are encountering men who would like to commit to them - but they think they can attract bigger and better at their age and lowered beauty/value. Sorry sis, the wall is undefeated. Even in death KS has zero L's.

My Uncle was one of those. He had a wife and three kids. He married her in college. She died a few years ago. They were still married. Nice homes and cars for as long as I can remember. He said something to me that made me cry. He said that he made sure none of his children had student loan debt when they graduated. And they were able to stay in the house until they were married. Meanwhile, my dad didn't give a damn about where we ended up and him and my uncle grew up in the same house. I still don't understand the dynamics.

Ladies, I don't know what to tell you if you want to land a high value man because there very little to nothing that you can offer that's worth risking what we've built, for YOU.

I think for women, the metabolism naturally slows in their mid-20's, so if you haven't been putting in work before then, you'd better start going hard at that point. Diet is great, but you have to sweat and get that heart rate up consistently or you'll keep gaining. Throw in a couple of kids, and you've got a problem. And the weight is more difficult to get off then.

Preach brother Preach!!! You are telling the truth!! I work as a Linux/Network engineer for a multinational company and I make good money doing a job that I really love. I see women in their early/late '30s-'40s trying to land a man inside and outside the office. I have a lot of them coming up to me with all of that caked on make-up trying to hit on me all of the time. I can smell the desperation on them a mile away and I always run for the hills. Plus with all of this metoo movement stuff going on right now in this country, I don't want to risk losing my job over some revengeful woman's lies in the workplace, metoo movement is another thing that women have done to hurt themselves, but like always do not want to be held accountable for their actions and somehow it is always someone's else fault. Also, men of high value do not want older women because the chance of having a healthy baby is very low. You have to deal with all of their baggage and her hard-headed behavior, no thanks!. The guys in my IT department can see the hurt and bitterness in their faces when we bring our younger and hotter wives&girlfriends to our company office and Xmax parties, LOL! These types of women made their beds and now they have to sleep in it or buy a new bed, the choice is theirs.

During the day, I have coffee and water for breakfast, an 8 oz cup of bone broth for lunch with green or oolong tea with more water and then a regular dinner (usually wild caught sockeye salmon or baked turkey wings, cauliflower, and a baked sweet potato). NO SNACKS!!! I have no food period after 7. I will have fruit after dinner like peach, plum, watermelon. Still nothing after 7 pm except water or tea. The focus MUST be on eating healthy like loads of veggies and fruits. I started IM last October. Since then I have dropped 20 lbs. I feel great!!!!
