There are a lot of armchair horse trainers out there. You are doing great and you are learning as you go too. Babies are a big challenge. Thankful Ruack was ok, my horse did same thing when I first got him but he did it in a huge pasture with a fence diving another pasture. It was crazy open pasture and here he was stuck but thankfully he was ok but scary! Ive learned so much from your lessons Thank you

Nice well boned with good feet gelding. Lucky didn't hurt himself. Horses always seem to try to hurt themselves, if there is a way. Can you remind us what is his breeding in a future video. -- I used to pony my filly behind me on rides when I was a teenager. I loved horse hiking!

I’m not sure his exact breeding; I plan on doing a DNA test for him. I’m guessing he is a haflinger walker cross?

Is'nt it time to teach him travers, shoulder in and out, it's good make him stronger and to have more balance. Mostly they train it in an arena. But maybe he's still to young.😊 But i totaly agree that ruac learns much ponying him, but is'nt it to hard to work every day, because mostly i can see people working one day and than rest the following day😊

i have a horse that just doesnt care about pressure, she refuses to respond to it even when I get strong with it she just doesn't care!! it took me 2 years to get her to canter on the lunge lol but she is PUSHY and it feels impossible to do these excerices because she just doesn't care about pressure
