Timothy, your walking tour pointed out the good, the bad, and the ugly. And as a result, I made a mental note to add Pigeon Forge, TN to my never going to list. Again, perhaps when I was younger I could have enjoyed it, but dealing with that kind of traffic just isn't for me. I'll catch you on the next ride.

Bobby, it has never been a favorite for me. All I can think about is how they added six lanes of highway while neglecting the beautiful valley it lies in. I wish they had made the river the centerpiece of it all instead of the road. They seem to be trying to correct this with the riverwalk. Thanks for watching 👍

Pigeon Forge, TN (Smh!), has reinvented itself to be Gatlinburg's overly jealous competitive little sister. The city is now more expensive than it was before. The overrated attractions, venues, and never-ending overdevelopment within the city limits significantly upstaged the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which is the original and main reason that that part of Tennessee became extremely popular in the first place. Like the overbearing greedy oasis that is ever-present in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge has seen concerning increases in crime and is always growing and expanding whether it needs to or not. Expensive new projects/developments are always on the horizon, and several large-scale ones have just been completed. There is a new Mass Transit Center in Pigeon Forge whose main purpose is to significantly increase public transit ridership while simultaneously attempting to ease the tremendous traffic congestion and flow near the city's Patriot Park. Eminent domain has been invoked in Pigeon Forge quite frequently lately, which has angered countless long-term residents and small business owners who all have had to permanently relocate their homes/small businesses to other parts of the city that are more expensive.

I saw something on the news about them taking a woman’s house. That’s a shame.😡

Greed doesn't care anything about people! Greed only cares about profits and the bottle line.

Weather it's an individual or a town, when one gets a taste of money, the game is over. And what a shame that is.
