Thiago Santos is inferior to disranked, since the surgery on both knees he is 1-8 for some reason. Became an amateur 2) He became ranked in one digit, top 8 beating Walker and why was that luck? Thiago Santos, his only victory in the last 9 fights was against Walker. Walker, if you want to put a KO on your record, a highlight, just call him, to the point that even Thiago Santos 0-8 beat him So he went from unranked to top 8 like that, clearly it was a very lucky marriage 3) He wasn't even close to the belt fight. - Jiri vacated the belt - Glover didn't want to catch Ankalaev at the last minute - Ankalaev vs Blachowizs deu empate - Rakic top 5 had knee surgery It was a sequence of lucky marriage and a sequence of luck that Jamahal reached the belt, Glover was already retired, 43 years old, extremely slow He is inexperienced in combat sports, so he has never faced anyone half as good as Poatan's striking. Poatan has already faced dozens of guys better than Jamahal. Only against WILNIS, VAKHITOV, ADESANYA he fought 9x all kickboxing legends I'm not saying that Jamahal is a fraud, FAR FROM SAYING THAT, but he clearly has questions to be answered because his journey from being disqualified to the belt It was one of the lucky events ever seen in MMA

What sucks about the timing of this matchup in particular is that it’s right after the injury and on the other hand periera is on a roll. It’s kind of like the Volk and Ilia situation. Hill is a southpaw, yes he will stay away from that calf kick for the most part, but southpaw opens him up to that check hook. And the high kick….against the glory double champ kickboxer. Look I know us as true blooded mma fans give a lot of leeway to our sport, and think it’s the best representation of combat, but when you have a specialist, who’s so much better at everyone else at one thing, it’s a wrap. History shows us this time and time again, khabib, Olivera, francias, DC, the list goes on. Alex is tied as the greatest striker the ufc has ever had, with Izzy being technically better. Alex is here to stay. He’s been knocked out in both kickboxing and mma less times than I can count on one hand. He’s not going to get knocked out by hill, who’s best fight was against an aged glover and weird underwhelming Johnny walker. Hills just not as good as you guys seem to think he is
