“Eggs” on many buffets that come liquid in a bag or carton and served scrambled have wheat products as stabilizers! Real eggs eventually turn a bit green when held at temperature over a heat source for that type of service, so they add crap to prohibit that.

I've never been to a buffet because I find them gross but eating out as a vegan has been so easy for me, but I have family members with coeliac who refuse to eat out just because cross contamination can cause them to be violently ill for days.

Your mum made me cry at the end. Lovely family and you are a lovely young woman. I would add sausage, beans, tinned toms, cheddar and mustard condiment. BUT, it looked glorious. My 2 favourite breakfast buffets where 1, thailand, amazing views, huge buffet and restaurant and only my ex partner and I where in the restaurant, 2, gleneagles hotel, it was never ending.
