In this game I've realized mass producing the cheap beds is the first way to lose fast. They break almost semi daily, and the stronger buildings rarely do.

The real way to lose fast is to not get sanitary stuff, farm stuff, and the lumbar yards. If you place is dirty, your followers are shitting everywhere, you have no food, and no wood, you will constantly be losing faith. The lumbar yards are, in my opinion, the most important because they aid in getting everything else.

something like a pvp gamemode would be awesome for this you've got like an hour or something grace period where both sides can build up their camps and make progress (obviously some of the progression would have to be sped up, so that its a bit more balanced) and once the hour is up, the central gate opens and you can bring your followers along with you to ravage the camp of the enemy (also if you could build defenses like walls in your own camp, that'd just be epic, think of it like clash of clans pretty much)

I agree, but I also somewhat dislike how some just seem better than others, murder vs ascend is kinda balanced, but others like enrichment, fast, and absolution are no contest, especially absolution which gives a bonus for not having people in prison, while original sin gives you less of a penalty for imprisoning innocent cultists, you know, the cultists that you already don’t want in prison cause they work for you.

@@Serrifin Even murder vs. ascend isn't even that balanced. Ascending followers gives a boost to faith and ascending followers that are lv5+ gives a massive boost to the xp of the other followers, which is important if you plan to properly utilize the demons. Murder is only useful if you have a bunch of elders and you picked Good Die Young.

Editing suggestion: I would have liked a short intro to explain the twitch chat integration, it took me a while to understand what was going on. Dan must have explained it at the beginning of the stream, I suppose?

The twitch integration is when a viewer on desktop can enter a raffle when Dan is indoctrinating a new member. There’s also giving 500 channel points to the totem so over time the streamer gets more resources. And there also a frequent pop up where the desktop twitch chat can vote to help or hurt the streamers cult (deciding fate) then there’s three options to choose between. Good ones; at cult: raise cults faith, resurrect the dead, clean up the site, on crusade: healing, demon co fighter, and power ups. Hinder; at cult: destroy some structures, weaken faith. I’ve not seen a bad option on crusade yet.

I got this game recently, It's unfortunately riddled with bugs. None that directly stop you progressing, but some that really lower the quality of life whilst playing it. You can pet the dog villagers, though.

That's basically assured in scripture. It's not quite clear on which ones will be rejoined and which ones won't, but going as far back as Abraham, there's room for rejoinings. @@tumultuousv There is the vod on the twitch channel with the lore, but I could sum it up quickly: There is a prophecy that a sheep is going to free "The one who waits" by slaying all 4 leaders. So in reaction to that prophecy those leaders went on a rampage to slay every one of you kind, making you the last one. Just when you were about to get sacrificed too, "The one who waits" brings you back to life and give you the "red crown", giving you power. In exchange for the help, he orders you to create a cult and slay all the 4 leaders so he could be released
