I Made A POWERLINE Purse! (A Goofy Movie)

It's POWERLINE LIVE IN CONCERT!
Okay, not really, it's actually a purse... A POWERLINE PURSE!
I really wanted a Goofy Movie themed purse and so I made one!
For paint I bought the Artme Acrylic Leather Paint Set on Amazon and intended to share a link with you guys but unfortunately the product is no longer available.

I love this! I'm glad you've posted this! It's rare to find people who customize for these bags.I have had the larger bag for 12 years, and recently decided to downsize to this one. I'm a sewist, so I want to make my own out of nerdy fabric

Gesso is a great primer and you can get it in black and white. Also many crafting companies make masking sheets that you could safely cover the whole area before painting the background. You did great though, I think its fabulous.

25:44 cute purse. And NO, I don't knock you for the chia seeds in the coffee. Chia seeds are good for you, & there are commercial drinks that include them, but are pricey.

I love this so much. My brush control absolutely sucks😂. So I definitely wouldn't be able to make something like this. you can make multiple styles with different outer pieces.

Try applying modpoge to seal the paint to prevent it from cracking and peeling.

I have to tell you after watching your videos I got inspired. Needless to say I went down the Miche rabbit hole. I went on eBay and Poshmark, and now have 3 bags and 19 shells LOL. I had placed a low bid on eBay as well as a low Offer on another listing. Because I thought there was NO way I would win either of them I went on Poshmark and bought one. Well, short story long, yep I won both of the eBay bids LOL. Really excited about them.

When i painted my mom's pleather bag I used posca pens and then just covered with fabric modpodge. You can do this with any acrylic paint really and the design has lasted for years. Though if you really want to invest in a better quality leather paint, angelus brand is the one art youtubers used for thier sneaker customizations. I love the design and customizing bags. For future use invest in some transfer paper. You can trace design over it and it will transfer to whatever you want underneath. Also paint your sealant or use mr super clear before doing details and you won't mess up the underneath with tape and you can use a latex barrier around the edges like painting your nails and then it'll rub off without rubbing your paint. (This is a technique watercolor artists use) These bags are amazing concept and being able to switch designs without having to switch bags ir have a bunch of handbags is genuis. So much better price wise than loungeflys. Plus your deign will be one of a kind.
