Hey Tim, I built a race track in my backyard also. But I dug up all the grass and made a real dirt track. It's a half-mile track, with long straightaways and wide turns, but it's in 1/18 scale for the radio controlled Eastern dirt modified, lol! I posted pictures on Facebook, and asked people to come and race with me if they have a 1/18 scale dirt modified. If I get enough people, If I can get 5 or 10 bucks from each to race on the weekend, I would keep a record of points, and give $100 to the point champion at the end of the season. It was a lot of hard work, but it's really cool. You are a good driver, I like your modified, I like the racing parts of your videos, the heat races, the features. I like the view your camera gets from the grandstands rather than the in-car camera shots. I like the fact that you put in words below the picture telling what place you're in, and where you finish. I love Lucky he's the cutest dog. I am from the Northeast, Orange County fair speedway in Middletown New York is the closest racetrack to me. I started going in 1969 when I was 13, watching big block modified stars like, Will Cagle, Buzzie Reutimann, Pee Wee Griffin, Bob Malzahn, Bobby Bottcher, Carl Fuzzy Van Horn, Sonny Strupp, Frankie Schneider, and Billy Pauch Sr. Now I get to watch big block modified stars like, Stan Friesen, Mike Mahaney, Billy pauch Sr, and Jr.., Matt Shepard, Matt Williamson, Billy Decker, Craig Von Doren(CVD), Jeff Strunk, and many others.👍 I 🤎 dirt racing! 😎
