don't you like this video? why don't you write comments? I need a connection. maybe you need to finish something?

i made a comment, your belt sander looked very well built. i only commented that you used thousands of pounds of tools/equipment to build a £35 sander. to most of us thats a hobby its fine. but its not very economical. and yes i have a project i am just finishing. as i have finished many projects. from tool making to full house refurbishments. most of us dont have a fully fitted workshop with thousands of pounds of tools. we go to the hardware store buy tools if needed and build something. so get of your high horse.

Dear Mikhail, lovely build of a frequent item on KZbin. Great idea to use a variable speed angle grinder. All I need is a lathe and I could make one. Thanks for sharing.

Mikhail, Outstanding video and build, question, does it have good power, or bog down sometimes, and why didn't you drill more hold with your stand drill press, quicker? So like the belt adjustment, finally someone builds a really great one. Nice job, I'll send you my address and you can ship tomorrow. Music is awesome, just right and relaxing.

The slotted piece at 8:15 will always need hand filing to clean out the bottom edge. Normal files will mar the sides of the slot. Solution - file the edges of a file and lightly chafer the corner. This gives a special tool that will allow you to file right up to the sides of the slot without cutting into the sides.
@vicferrari9380
@vicferrari9380 2 жыл бұрын
I believe they call that a safety file.😁 LOL I want one of what ever kind of file that is that your going to "file" the edge off of the other file with. It would last me a lifetime !🤯

Yes, I think it’s the magnetic field that occurs in the winding of the coils inside the motor.

Saludos

All you did was fubar your angle grinder into a linisher / belt grinder, you have made nothing that can't already be bought for very little money, without fubaring another tool.

Wish people would learn how to use a file the correct way! You only go one way to cut and then lift on the back cut , helps to stop filling the file teeth with debris and the file stays sharper longer. Also get a proper file cleaning brush!! Your welcome. Ps. Thumbs up on the video.
