Holy moly this is fast, though the process could be refined but I will take this strategy any day over suffering over Turkey early on and then trying so hard to survive the Allies, Axis, and the Comintern... Question, is a nation less likely to contest/take land from a puppet that you created in the peace deal? I always find Germany or my allies contest me way too hard over territories so I always try not call in any ally during a war.

They are likely to actually give cores to people in the faction. So I believe germany actually paid to give us Rhodes, plus several states to Italy that were italy's cores. Sometimes they will be selfish and try to take cores themselves, but I'm not sure what the weight is for the AI to do that. P.S. nice profile pic! Love LOTR

@@hatless_spider Thank you thank you. I have noticed the giving core behavior as well, and I will definitely take more advantage of that in the future... I think having an early war and pulling in the Germans is "safe" in the sense that Germany has no claim/interest in Europe yet, so player has the chance to puppet Europe while Germany tries to expand elsewhere in the world. I would say finishing WWII anytime before 1940 is OP ;)

Does this still work regarding rushing Italy? I never managed to get through the alps fast enough and even if, the Germans had too much war score for me to get all of Italy. Had to order 66 Italy to get the achievement in the end.

You should make an optimized strategy on Qing China and try to get all the cores before 1941 (no Hong kong or Macau)

I tried this before watching and didn’t pay attention to guarantees… which meant Turkey called in Romania…. Who then 6 months later called in Yugoslavia… on my completely empty border. Managed to actually survive and just clicked the button. Now Italy is justifying on me. I could join the axis but I did want to get the Albania achievement… any idea if Italy will call in Germany if they declare on me? Could maybe take Italy but no shot at both.

You can build in their territory. That reduces their autonomy. Also sending them lendlease that was produced by your own nation

I know, but since Italy has its special event since BBA to demand independence or go to war, it always seems to trigger before being able to knock down all the autonomy. I was wondering if there's a way to block that event from triggering

I did cap the UK! That was the first nation I invaded and defeated before then attacking through the benelux to France. Ohhhh wait you mean because they took back a bunch of their land? They needed to be at less than 10% towards capitulation to not still be considered capitulated. So since I held the north, the allies still capped when I defeated france

Basically you just need more occupation warscore than germany to get the puppet. As long as you are quickly moving in and taking the VPs, and pushing with your units against the defenders, it will work out for you!

How do you get the invasion to england?

That trick is called the "day 1 invasion" Basically, as long as britain and france is not currently at war, and you own at least 1 sub or other ship, you can get naval superiority for 1 day before britain launches its ships. This happens because you are attacking a nation that britain is guaranteeing, and they regard that threat differently than if you are justifying on britain itself
