Thanks for sharing, fellow American moving to Spain shortly here, plane tickets bought. Speaking of seasons, Europe, etc., our 2y.o. daughter was excited to go trick or treating next Halloween and we had to tell her were not sure people in Spain will do that, lol. It's funny the things different people (and ages) worry about. Pancakes looked good, my fav is cinnamon, oat, banana. Cheers from California!

The worry of not celebrating Halloween will fade away after experiencing everything else Spain has to offer! It may not be the same as America, but that’s what different cultures is all about, wishing you all the best!
