I Made Dairy-Free Gluten-Free Flapjacks (and they were AMAZING)

3/4 cup Buckwheat Flour
1-3/4 cup Coconut milk and water blend or your favorite nut milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup molasses
3 Tblsp avocado oil
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
Blend dry ingredients
Blend wet ingredients separately
Then blend together.
This makes a thin flapjack
You can adjust the amount of liquid to accommodate thickness of pancakes.
