I had been making carrot Stew since 2013. Whatever tomato can cook carrot can cook it. For sour taste you add a little lime or lemon to it. A delicious meal.

So I did end up making this and omg!!! One I made so much and the ingredients were so inexpensive. We will have food for several days but the taste!!! I ended up adding a Maggie cube. Probably was overkill but the taste omg!!! I just started learning how to make west African meals and I swear every time I’m highly amazed at how delicious everything turns out. I used ground beef and potatoes but you can add beans or veggies to make it vegetarian. Delicious❤

@@ifyskitchen I have been making my carrot stew with chicken since I learnt it from your channel. I tried with goat meat recently and it came out good but I would pick chicken over goat meat. I made my carrot stew with beef and liver this week, omg! It was a game changer 😂. You should try it. I fried the beef but I didn't fry the liver, just boiled it. The smell is different and great taste too.
